NSSI(also known as non-suicidal NSSI)is a global health problem,and its universality and serious consequences have been concerned by the field of mental health and clinical practice.The middle and high school adolescents in adolescence are often filled with contradictions and conflicts,and are prone to NSSI.Through investigation,this study explores the influence of negative life events on NSSI among adolescents,focusing on the multiple mediating effects of self-efficacy of emotion regulation and experience avoidance,and tries to find effective educational strategies to reduce NSSI among adolescents.In this study the adolescent self damage scale,the adolescent life events scale,emotion regulation self-efficacy scale,the experience to avoid scale as a research tool,mainly adopt the method of stratified random cluster sampling,C J province city middle school,high school general the two schools,a total of 1060 students were investigated,recycling questionnaire,985,The effective rate was 92.9%.Through descriptive statistical analysis,T test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,regression analysis and mediation effect test,the research results are as follows:(1)The detection rate of negative life events in adolescents was 77.3%,learning pressure 60.1%,punishment 45.6%,loss 44.0%,and health adaptation 27.8%.The differences in gender,age,grade and family economic situation were significant;the detection rate of negative life events was 63.1%,with significant differences in gender,grade,family atmosphere and family economic situation.(2)The detection rate of adolescent self-injury behavior was 63.1%.The detection rate of adolescent self-injury behavior varied significantly in gender,grade,family atmosphere,and family economic situation.(3)The mean value of emotional regulation self-efficacy in adolescents was 3.95.There were significant differences in sex,one-child status,and residence.(4)The average value of adolescent experience avoidance is 2.98.There are significant differences in adolescent experience avoidance in gender and family atmosphere.(5)There were significant pairwise correlation between negative life events,emotional regulation self-efficacy,experience avoidance and self-injury behavior.(6)Adolescents’ negative life events can positively predict their NSSI,and emotion regulation self-efficacy can negatively predict NSSI.Experience avoidance had a positive predictive effect on NSSI.(7)Emotional regulation self-efficacy is the intermediary variable of negative life events and NSSI behavior,and experience avoidance is the intermediary variable of negative life events and NSSI behavior.Emotional regulation self-efficacy and experience avoidance play a chain mediating role in negative life events and self-injury behavior.(8)In view of negative life events and other influencing factors,we try to reduce the incidence of adolescent self-injury by paying attention to negative life events of teenagers and improving emotional regulation self-efficacy of educational strategies.
