Influence Factors Of Anxiety And Depression In Pregnant Women In Huaishang District And Its Relationship With Delivery Outcome

Objective To investigate the status quo of anxiety and depression in pregnant women in Huaihe District,analyze the related influencing factors,and through consulting the case data,to find out whether the anxiety and depression in pregnant women will have adverse effects on the outcome of childbirth and neonatal outcomes.Methods 350 pregnant women were selected to have delivery in the obstetrical Clinic of our hospital and finally delivered in our hospital.A one-to-one questionnaire survey was conducted on 350 pregnant women by using the self-made survey of general condition of pregnant women,self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）and self-rating depression Scale（SDS）.80 primiparas with anxiety or depression and 80 additional normal primiparas（age 17--40 years,gestational age 5--40 weeks）were randomly selected again.Pregnancy outcomes,delivery methods,newborn birth weight and Apgar score were obtained by consulting delivery data.Results The average score of SAS and SDS of 350 pregnant women was（52.13±12.93）and（51.03±13.62）.The proportion of anxiety was 60%and depression was 56.57%.The risk factors of anxiety in pregnant women are:monthly family income,place of residence,gestational age,family relationship（especially husband and wife and relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law）;The risk factors of depression in pregnant women were family monthly income,gestational age,adverse pregnancy history and family relationship.There was a positive correlation between anxiety/depression group and premature delivery or abortion,cesarean section rate,low birth weight and low Apgar score（P<0.05）.Conclusion Many factors during pregnancy can cause pregnancy women the occurrence of anxiety and depression,anxiety depression during pregnancy are universal,adverse psychological conditions except for pregnant women personally negative impact on health,more adverse impact on perinatal outcome,medical institutions at all levels and the society should pay more attention to women’s psychological health during pregnancy,to help mothers through maternal,Improve maternal and infant quality and benign pregnancy outcomes.
