| object: Through observe the clinical efficacy of Ginkgo biloba capsules in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo with blood stasis and the effect on patients’ blood rheology,in order to provide a basis for the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo with Ginkgo biloba capsules. Methods: The cases eligible for this study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with no less than 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsule, and the treatment group was treated with Ginkgo biloba capsule on top of the treatment group, and the two groups were treated for 2 weeks, and the Chinese medicine evidence score,Dizziness Disability Inventory(DHI)score, and Dizziness Assessment Scale score(DARS)were compared before and after the two groups were treated, and the mean blood flow velocity of bilateral VA and BA was detected using transcranial Doppler ultrasound(TCD),and the blood rheological indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of TCM evidence points: the TCM evidence points of both groups decreased to different degrees after treatment compared with those before treatment, and there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01);after treatment, the treatment group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of DARS scores: the DARS scores of both groups decreased to different degrees after treatment compared with those before treatment, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).decreased to different degrees, and there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01);when compared between the two groups after treatment, the treatment group was lower than the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.comparison of DHI scores: the DHI scores of both groups decreased to different degrees after treatment compared with those before treatment, and there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01);the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.comparison of TCD blood flow parameters: the mean blood flow velocity and vascular pulsation of bilateral vertebral artery and basilar artery in both groups after treatment The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of blood rheological indexes: The whole blood high cut viscosity, whole blood low cut viscosity, red blood cell pressure volume and fibrinogen in the two groups improved to different degrees compared with those before treatment. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)when comparing before and after treatment within the two groups, and statistically significant(P<0.05)when comparing between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of Ginkgo biloba capsules combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo was superior to that of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. It can clearly improve the TCM evidence score,DARS score,DHI score and TCD blood flow parameters in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo. This indicates that Ginkgo biloba capsules can improve the degree of vertigo and TCM symptoms in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.2.Ginkgo biloba capsules combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules can improve the blood rheological indexes of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo, which provides ideas for further research on the mechanism of action of Ginkgo biloba capsules in treating posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.3.No significant adverse effects were observed in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo with Ginkgo biloba capsules combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. It is worth promoting in the clinical treatment. |
