| Background:After 30 years of development in China, percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)has become a coronary artery disease(CAD)patients are very important means of revascularization.A large number of scholars’ studies have proved that the quality of life of patients after PCI has been significantly improved, but there are still many factors affecting the quality of life of patients.Cardiovascular diseases in China are on the rise, and young and middle-aged CAD patients are also increasing year by year.As the mainstay of society, the quality of life of young and middle-aged groups can not be ignored.Through a continuous self-control study, this paper discusses the quality of life and its influencing factors of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,understands the working ability and disease psychological adaptation level of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and makes them integrate into family and social work as soon as possible. Objective:To investigate the quality of life and psychological adaptation of young and middle-aged CAD patients after PCI at different stages and to understand their work.To analyze the influencing factors of quality of life in young and middle-aged patients after PCI.Furthermore,it provides the basis for the professional care and improvement of quality of life of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and provides the direction for the health management of patients,so that patients can return to social work as soon as possible.Methods:210 young and middle-aged CAD patients aged 18-59 who underwent PCI in a tertiary hospital in Suzhou from July 2020 to September 2021 were selected. The general data of the patients were registered three days after the operation. The patients’ psychological adaptation level and quality of life were investigated by using the disease psychological adaptation scale(PAIS-SR)and SF-36(Chinese version)at1 month,3 months and 6 months after the operation, and the influencing factors were analyzed. At the same time, the patients’ smoking, smoking and Drinking and working after operation. The database was established by Excel software, and spss22.0 was used for statistical processing. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Results:(1)The psychosocial adaptation level of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was medium poor level 1 month after operation, and reached medium and upper level 6 months after operation; There is a positive correlation between time and patients’ psychosocial adaptation level, and also between time and quality of life.In general, the level of physical health is higher than that of mental health.(2)In 210 young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease, the total physical health measurement(PCS)score was 65.73 ± 8.05 one month after PCI,70.95 ± 7.95 three months after PCI,and 77.19 ± 9.02 six months after PCI.There was significant difference in the change trend of physical health at different times(P <0.05).The total mental health measurement(MCS)score was 50.55 ± 10.82 one month after PCI,57.67 ± 10.38 three months after PCI,and 67.33 ± 10.63 six months after PCI,There was significant difference in the change trend of patients’ mental health at different times(P < 0.05).After PCI in young and middle-aged patients, the level of physical and mental health has improved over time, and the level of mental health is lower than that of physical health.(3)There were significant differences in age, sex, hypertension, smoking, diabetes, color Doppler echocardiography results(left ventricular ejection fraction)and psychosocial adaptation level of disease among young and middle-aged CAD patients after PCI(P < 0.05).(4)One month after operation,37.1% of the workers,33.8% of the male patients and 3.3% of the female patients participated in the work;At 3 months after operation,47.6% of the workers participated in the operation,43.3% of them were male and4.3% were female;64.3% of the workers participated in the operation 6 months after operation. The male accounted for 58.1% and the female accounted for 6.2%.The proportion of taking part in work has a negative correlation with age and a positive correlation with time. The number of nonsmokers participating in the work was more than that of smokers, and the number of patients without hypertension was more than that of patients with hypertension.Conclusion:(1)The psychosocial adaptation level of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was medium poor; With the passage of time, the higher the psychosocial adaptation level of patients,at the same time, the higher the quality of life of patients, and the overall level of psychosocial adaptation and quality of life of women is lower than that of men.(2)The results showed that gender, age, educational level, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, the results of color Doppler echocardiography(left ventricular ejection fraction)and the psychosocial adaptation level of the patients were the influencing factors of the quality of life one month after operation;Gender, age, educational level, smoking, hypertension, psychosocial adaptation level of disease were the influencing factors of quality of life 3 months after operation;Gender, age, smoking, hypertension and psychosocial adaptation level of disease were the influencing factors of quality of life 6 months after operation.(3)The working rate of young and middle-aged men after PCI for coronary heart disease is higher than that of women. With the increase of educational background, the working rate also increases. With the increase of age,the working rate decreases. The more stents are placed, the lower the working rate. |
