| Objectives To understand the status quo of health promotion lifestyle in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,to explore the influencing factors of health promotion lifestyle in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,so as to provide theoretical basis for the development of corresponding intervention measures in the future. Methods From September 2020 to December 2020,310 young and middle-aged patients after PCI in the Department of Cardiology of Tangshan workers’ hospital and Tangshan people’s hospital were selected as the research objects. The survey contents include:general information questionnaire, healthy life behavior evaluation form of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,self rating scale of healthy behavior ability, health concept scale, social support scale, medical coping style questionnaire, coronary heart disease health literacy questionnaire.Application spss25.0 software, independent sample ttest and analysis of variance were used for one-way analysis, and pearson correlation analysis was used for correlation analysis.Multiple stepwise regression analysis was used to explore the main influencing factors of health promoting lifestyle, and the test level of P<0.05 was adopted. Results 1 Health promotion lifestyle status of middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease after PCI: the total score of health promotion lifestyle of middleaged and young patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was(63.25±9.75)points;the average score of self-monitoring dimension was(3.67±0.48),the average score of medication compliance dimension was(3.22±0.64),the average score of diet, nutrition and living habits dimension was(3.07±0.71),the average score of review compliance dimension was(2.98±0.72),the mean score of health responsibility dimension was(2.86±0.67),and that of first-aid behavior dimension was(2.83±0.67).2 Univariate analysis of health promoting lifestyle in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI: the results showed that age, education level, type of medical insurance, family income, place of residence, type of work, cardiac function, whether PCI was performed for the first time, the number of chronic diseases, the number of stent implantation and the course of coronary heart disease had significant effects on the score of health promoting lifestyle after PCI(P<0.05);health behavior self-efficacy,health concept, medical coping style, coronary heart disease health literacy and social support were positively correlated with the total score and dimensions of health promoting lifestyle, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 Multivariate analysis of health promoting lifestyle in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI: the results showed that the age, educational level, family income, type of work, number of chronic diseases, number of stent implantation, course of coronary heart disease,self-efficacy of health behavior, health concept, medical coping style and health literacy of coronary heart disease entered the regression equation(P<0.05),which could explain74.3% of the variance. That is,patients with youth, low education level, low family income, physical labor, few chronic diseases, more stent implantation, short course of disease, low health behavior self-efficacy,poor definition of health concept, submission to disease and low health literacy have poor health promotion life style after PCI.Conclusions 1 Middle-aged and young patients with coronary heart disease were in the middle level of health promotion lifestyle after PCI,in which self-monitoring dimension was the best and first-aid behavior dimension was the worst.2 The main influencing factors of health promoting lifestyle of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI are age, education level, family income, type of work, number of chronic diseases, number of stent implantation, course of coronary heart disease, health behavior self-efficacy,health concept, medical coping style and coronary heart disease health literacy.Figure 2;Table 18;Reference 119... |
