| Genes are important factors in determining hereditary characteristics, and some of which can be changed by gene editing. With the breakthrough development, gene editing provides a way for transplantation and genetic diseases treatment. However,as a new, gene editing is characterized by uncertain technical risks and ethical norms.Problems including preventing off-target risk, coincidence with ethics, and natural evolution cannot be ignored. This article includes 5 chapters. In the first chapter,we analyzed the background of the topic, elaborating the purpose, significance, and the development of gene editing technology worldwide. In the 2ndchapter,we introduced the concept and theoretical basis for the research, using literature research and comparative analysis. In the 3rd chapter we try to sort out the ethical problems faced in gene editing by literature research and comparative analysis. In chapter four,we deeply analyze the basic causes of ethical problems in gene editing by comparative analysis. In chapter five, with comparative analysis and interdisciplinary research,we propose countermeasures including enhance the ethical consciousness, strengthen the supervision and control, and improve the legal system of ethical norms. |
