The Optimizatizing Strategy Research On Classroom Instruction Evaluation In The Vocational School

As an important part of secondary vocational education system,Secondary Vocational School undertakes the task of training comprehensive professional skilled graduates.And English teaching plays an important part.In reality,however,there are great many problems in it,it remains both in the teaching evaluating and the learning evaluating,but mainly in the teaching evaluating.The study is to talk the fact of the teaching evaluating,taking A Vocational School as a example.We find that there are many problems in the teaching evaluation according to the survey of the A vocational School.The problems exsits in six facts,such as paying more attention to the teaching skills,paying less attention to the behaviors of students,less scientific evaluating standards,and the late feedback and so on.In order to solve above problems,we aim to achieve it from three strategies:fist,we should made suitable evaluating standards;second,we have to build multi-evaluating system;At last,we had better have perfect evaluating function-developing and growing English teaching evaluation.
