| Flexibility is the range of motion of the knuckle,the extension of the ligaments and surrounding muscles and soft tissues that attach to the joint during movement.The movement of Latin dance requires multi-joint participation,which requires the participation of joints with good flexibility.The better the flexibility is,the more open the body movement will be,and the more expressive the dance art will be.According to the theory of the sensitive period of the development of sports quality,it can maximize the benefit for children to develop flexibility in 9-10 years.After consulting a large number of relevant literature and market research,it is found that most Latin dance teachers in China adopt more traditional stretching training method in the training of flexibility,which is not only time-consuming,but also has poor stretching experience,which is not conducive to the physical and mental growth of students.Children aged 9-10 years have rapid physical development,less inorganic matter and more cartilage components.Grasping the golden period of development of flexible quality in this stage can not only improve students’ sports performance,but also reduce sports injuries and extend their sports life.Therefore,in order to improve the quality,range and difficulty of students’ movements,it is particularly important to find a more safe and effective training method of flexibility.Proprioceptive neuromuscular stimulation(PNF stretch training)is originated from the field of medical rehabilitation,and its principle is to induce reflexive self-inhibition by active contraction of target muscles during stretching.Compared with the traditional stretching method,it can reduce the pain sensation to a certain extent and reduce the resistance emotion in children,and it is time-efficient.Based on this,this paper follows the physical growth and development rules of 9-10 year old children,and conducts a flexibility training experiment for 9-10 year old children Latin dancers with PNF stretching training method,in order to improve the flexibility of 9-10 year old children Latin dancers in China and provide a theoretical basis for the development of Latin dancers’ flexibility.Through reviewing a large number of relevant literature,it is found that there have been experimental studies on the application of PNF stretching training method to flexibility training in the field of sports,but there is a lack of related research on Latin dance,especially on children’s Latin dance.As a starting point,this article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics research methods,such aspalace xinghai teenagers 30 9-10 years old children’s Latin dancer as experimental object,for 12 weeks of grouping experiments: the experimental group USES the PNF stretching training method,the control group with traditional stretch training method.Statistical analysis was conducted on the data after the experiment,and the main results were as follows:(1)after the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the index data of shoulder forward and backward rotation of arms,lateral flexion of trunk,forward flexion of right Angle sitting,forward flexion of hip joint,backward extension and abduction(P < 0.01).(2)after the experiment,there was no significant difference in the index data of ankle dorsalis extension between the experimental group and the control group compared with the data before the experiment(P > 0.05).(3)the data of the subjective feeling scale in the two groups after the experiment indicated that compared with the control group,the experimental subjects generally believed that their scores of various test indicators were significantly improved,and the pain sensation caused by PNF stretching training method was lower.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)PNF stretching training method is more effective in improving the flexibility of shoulder joint,trunk lumbar back and hip joint of 9-10 year old children Latin dancers.Therefore,PNF stretching training method can be used in children’s shoulder joint,trunk lumbar back and hip joint stretching training.(2)PNF stretching training method and traditional stretching training method have certain effects on improving the ankle flexibility quality of 9-10 year old children Latin dancers,but the improvement effect is not obvious.Since I only compared the two stretching methods and did not compare the combined training methods,the follow-up research can carry out combined training or seek other methods to improve the ankle joint flexibility.(3)PNF stretching training method can reduce students’ resistance to stretching and make them more receptive.Therefore,PNF stretch training method can be adopted in children’s flexibility training. |
