With the popularity of mobile phones in people’s lives, more and more parents have equipped their children with mobile phones for daily contact and learning, but at the same time, the frequency of teenagers’ mobile phone dependence is also increasing. The behavior of teenagers addicted to the Internet has shifted from the excessive use of computers to the excessive use of mobile phones,in which the self-organization factors and family factors of teenagers have influenced the above phenomena. Therefore, this paper selects the virtual self, self identity and parent-child boundary of family factors as the research variables to explore the comprehensive mechanism of the above three variables. In this study, the fifth grade middle school students in a complete middle school in Panyu District of Guangzhou city are taken as the research objects, and the research objects are tested by questionnaire. The measurement tools in this study include:Real Me、Mobile Phone Addiction Index、The modified EOM-EIS-2 and Limit table of parent-child relationship. In this study,spss21.0 software was used to make statistics and analysis of the survey data, and the following main research results were obtained:(1)The differences in demographic variables of each variable: the differences in demographic variables of each variable: there is a significant only child difference in the mobile phone dependence abstinence, and the mobile phone dependence abstinence level of the only child is significantly higher than that of the non only child; There are significant grade differences in the uncontrollability, abstinence and inefficiency of mobile phone dependence. The overall level of the second grade students is lower than that of the other grades;the gender difference is not significant. There are significant gender differences in the self-identity of adolescents. The level of self-identity of girls is higher than that of boys; There was significant difference in the delay of self-identity among the only child, and the level of delay of self-identity among the only child was significantly higher than that of the non only child; There are significant grade differences in the delay, early closure and diffusion of self-identity.The overall level of junior middle school students is lower than that of senior high school students. There are significant differences in the grade of virtual self among adolescents. The level of virtual self of the second grade students is lower than that of the other grades; There was no significant difference between gender and only child. There are significant gender differences in father son intimacy and aggression, and the overall level of boys is higher than that of girls;there are significant only child differences in father son aggression, and the level of father son aggression of only child is higher than that of non only child;there are significant grade differences in father son intimacy and friendship, and the overall level of junior two students is lower than that of senior two students. There are significant grade differences in the intimacy and peace between mother and child, and the overall level of junior two students is lower than that of senior two students.(2)The direct effect of virtual self on mobile phone dependence: virtual self significantly predicts the mobile phone dependence of teenagers. The higher the degree of virtual self, the more serious the tendency of mobile phone dependence of teenagers.(3)The mediating role of self-identity: self-identity plays a part in the mediating role of virtual self in the dependence of young people’s mobile phones.A high level of virtual self can promote the delay and diffusion of self-identity prediction, and further strengthen the ability of young people’s mobile phone dependence.(4)Regulation of parent-child boundary: both the father-child boundary and the mother-child boundary have significant regulatory effects on self-identity and cell phone dependence of adolescents.Under the aggressive father-child boundary, the effects of self-identity delay and self-identity diffusion on adolescents’ mobile phone dependence will be enhanced.Under the aggressive mother child boundary, the effect of self-identity delay on Teenagers’ mobile phone dependence will be enhanced.Based on the above results,it can be concluded that virtual self can affect the incidence of mobile phone dependent behavior of adolescents, and virtual self can indirectly affect the mobile phone dependent behavior of adolescents through self-identity,in which the boundaries of father son and mother son play a regulatory role in the impact of self-identity on the mobile phone dependent behavior of adolescents.
