Research On The Construction Of Rural Culture In Poor Areas From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

Rural cultural construction has always been a hot issue of concern to the party and the people.From the founding of new China to the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,after 70 years’ development,rural cultural construction has gradually enriched its connotation,expanded its influence,and achieved remarkable results.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward a major decision-making plan for the implementation of "village revitalization",which further opened up a new situation in the construction of rural culture in China.Rural revitalization,culture first,cultural construction is the endless spiritual drive for rural development.For poor rural areas,it is necessary to complete the task of poverty alleviation and complete the construction of a moderately prosperous society on schedule.While promoting economic development,we must also enhance the status of cultural construction.Cultural construction must not be ignored in driving rural economic development and enhancing farmers’ cultural confidence.Promote China’s excellent traditional culture and cultivate the spiritual guidance of the rural civilization.The good construction of rural culture in poor areas will help coordinate the development of the economy,society,ecology and other aspects of the area,and ultimately help the village to achieve a comprehensive revitalization.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature research,field investigation and systematic analysis,and selects the poverty-stricken area of Zhenyuan County as the research object.By analyzing the rural cultural construction at various historical stages and the rural cultural construction in other areas to combine the real turth and the theory knowledge to point out some progress compared to the past in rural cultural construction in the poor areas of Zhenyuan County,and at the same time to put forward the current rural cultural construction problem such as imperfect cultural foundation,single cultural activities,low comprehensive cultural quality of farmers and shortage of rural cultural talents,etc.On this basis,the causes of these problems are pointed out in terms of poor economic foundation,backward education,and low degree of rural civilization.Finally,integrating the problems raised in the previous article and the reasons for the problems,combined with the actual situation in the impoverished rural areas of Zhenyuan County,from the four aspects of promoting economic development,enhancing farmers’ cultural self-confidence,enriching rural cultural life,and cultivating civilized rural customs to give personal opinion.
