Research On Public Culture Construction Of Xinshigou Village In Feixian County

Rural revitalization was first proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017.To rejuvenate the nation,the countryside must be revitalized.This strategy is an important planning concept put forward by the country when it attaches great importance to rural development.From the perspective of the content of rural revitalization,rural culture is a very important part,but from the current actual situation in my country,there are still many omissions in rural construction.Compared with cities,the economic development in rural areas is lagging behind,and the township governments do not pay enough attention to the construction of public culture at the village level.Based on this,we choose rural public culture construction as the subject to carry out research,which has corresponding theoretical and practical significance.This paper defines the construction of rural public culture under the background of "rural revitalization".On this basis,according to the current situation of rural public culture construction--existing problems--analysis of reasons--practice of putting forward countermeasures Logic,puts forward some new requirements for the construction of rural public culture under the rural revitalization strategy,analyzes and sorts out the dialectical relationship between rural revitalization and rural public culture construction,studies and judges according to the sorting results,and then draws conclusions.This article will take the public cultural construction of Xinshigou Village in Feixian County as an example to carry out analysis and research.Through interviews with the villagers and street staff of Xinshigou Village,we have a good grasp of the objective situation in the process of public cultural construction in Xinshigou Village.Find out the typical problems: first,aging hardware facilities and poor management;second,there are fewer young people with high education;third,the supply of public culture is out of line with the needs of the masses;fourth,insufficient capital investment and single financing channels;fifth,the management system is not perfect.By sorting out the above problems in Xinshigou Village and their causes,several suggestions are put forward: First,regular maintenance and standardization of public cultural facilities;Second,through professional skills training,improving talent management system,cultivating rural artists,and introducing foreign artists Talent team building;Third,the local government should take the initiative to shoulder the responsibility of building public culture and strengthen ideological and political construction;Fourth,increase capital investment and innovate fund absorption models to strengthen capital guarantees;Fifth,establish an assessment system for rural public culture construction to straighten out the management system.
