Legendary Features And Scholarization Trend Of "Legend" Text

The meaning of “legend” text is complex,during Tang and Song dynasties,“legend”referred to a type of novel,in the drama of Yuan dynasty,the scholars used “legend” to refer to some Zaju,During the Ming and Qing Dynasties,three novels such as the "cut lantern","Love in Love" and other legendary novels with new stylistic significance appeared.,and since the development in Tang and Song dynasties and period of Ming and Qing dynasties,from novel to drama,its common characteristic and development trend of“legend” text have always been covered by different types.Li Bai,famous poet in Tang dynasty,his life was full of legendary,which has been described by the scholars of different epochs,and besides,as to the “legend” of different epochs,there are also some works of Li Bai.In this thesis,it aims to take the subject of Li Bai as case,explore the stylistic features of literary genre with the name of “legend” in different epochs,so that it can discuss the common characteristic and law of evolution of “legend” text.It will be divided into three chapters for analysis and description:In the first chapter,it focuses on the legend novels of the subject of Li Bai in Tang and Song dynasties.“Legend” text was denominated during the beginning of Tang and Song dynasties,when this text was focused by people gradually and developed gradually,and besides,it was also in this period when its stylistic features were obvious and constructed gradually.In the second chapter,it focuses on the Zaju of the subject of Li Bai in Yuan dynasty.Accompanying with the succession of dynasties and development changes of literary styles,there were selections and evolution on the “legend” text during this period,and Zhong Sicheng and Yang Weizhen and other scholars called some Zaju with the name “legend”.In this chapter,it firstly makes clear the Zaju of the subject of Li Bai in Yuan dynasty,and meanwhile,selects the works with the name “legend”,makes clear of the variations of the story of Li Bai in Zaju in Yuan dynasty,analyzes the stylistic features of Zaju,and explores internal objective of the name “legend” of it.In the third chapter,There is no Li Bai theme story in the middle-length and long novels during the Ming and Qing Dynasties,so this chapter focuses on the Li Bai theme drama in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.when the opera system was further developed,and accompanied with the deeper participation into opera creation by scholar,Zaju was becoming southern opera gradually,which was further developed into “legend”.In this chapter,on the basis of variations of the story of Li Bai in opera in Ming and Qing dynasties,it further explores the stylistic features of opera with the subject of Li Bai during this period.By means of analysis on the stylistic evolution of opera and legendary opera with the subject of Li Bai,it can further conclude the development trend of its system and the evolution logicality.The above three chapters are all based on analysis and clearance of text,established in the change of “legend” text,and make clear of its legendary feature and scholarization trend.
