A Study Of ZhangZutong’ Ci

Zhang Zutong,as an important figure in the poetry circles of Hunan during the period from Tongzhi to Guangxu of the late Qing Dynasty,has not received much attention from the academic circles for a long time,therefore,it is very necessary and urgent to study and analyze Zhang Zutong and the collection of Xiangyulou CI as a whole.On the basis of Zhang zu-tong’s life and his contacts in CI Studies,this paper takes the CI of Xiang Yu Lou as the main research object.,This paper briefly analyzes and introduces Zhang ’s family background,life history,writings,social circle and so on from the perspective of knowing people and discussing the world,it provides the necessary writing background for the later discussion of his CI composition and CI theory.According to the subject matter,this paper classifies the CI of Xiang Yu Lou into six categories: mourning for the dead,amorous feelings,chanting objects,nostalgia for the past,unrestrained travel and making friends,and analyze the artistic features of such CI works one by one: The Mourning Special Work "Xiang Xian Li Hen Pu" can be said to be the representative work of Zhang Zu-tong,with the long tune as the main theme and the phrase as the auxiliary,with an emphasis on rendering the complicated emotions after the death of his wife,it also focuses on Zhang ’s outstanding achievements as an artist;a large number of erotic CI poems show a typical style of CI poems with Fragrance,softness and beauty;Ci Poems on objects,on the basis of inheriting the Southern Song Dynasty Poets,expand the range of subject matter,and at the same time incorporate the erotic style,however,there is no reference to bixing;the style of the poems is bleak,and the words are related to current affairs,which reflects the sentimental feelings of the decline and fall of the end times While reflecting his circle of friends,the CI also bears Zhang zu-tong’s deep thought of being anxious about traveling.the last chapter of this paper,that is,to explore the artistic characteristics of Xiangyulou CI.It mainly summarizes the two most obvious artistic features of the pursuit of the halal paradigm and the return of the style of Huajian CI.The Halal paradigm mainly refers to the structure and method which is extremely frustrated and perfectly sketched,which is embodied in several writing techniques.The return of Huajian CI style is the concrete expression of Zhang zu-tong’s thought of CI which insists on the love standard in his actual creation,and his pursuit of halal paradigm makes him avoid the vulgarity while returning to Huajian CI style,to a more refined realm of art.
