Research On The Preservation And Development Countermeasure Of The Imperial Kiln In Jingdezhen

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China suggests that we should tight up the protection of cultural relics and cultural heritage,which highlights the great importance that China attaches to the cultural heritage,especially for the protection and utilization of cultural relics.Through various kinds of policy support,the process of cultural heritage protection and development has been greatly accelerated.However,with the change of times and social development,the protection and development of cultural heritage has changed,and the defects in the original protection and management system as well as the problems in the process of development have gradually emerged.Based on the research of cultural heritage protection and development,Jingdezhen Imperial Kilns Site is selected as the research object in this article.With the integrated use of literature analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,we can understand the typical patterns of protection and development of culture heritage in some Chinese cities.Besides,through questionnaires and field investigations,we can study and analyze the status quo,problems and causes of the protection and development of Jingdezhen Imperial Kilns Site.Then on this basis,the optimization program for the protection and development of cultural heritage of Jingdezhen Imperial Kilns Site was proposed.Five main aspects are included in the article: firstly,to clarify the purpose and significance of this paper,to review domestic and foreign literature research,to introduce research methods,to define concepts such as cultural heritage,small and medium-sized cities,site protection,and to introduce the basic theories of government behavior externalities and stakeholders used in this study.Secondly,it sorts out the cultural heritage protection and development of Jingdezhen Imperial Kilns Site,descriptively introduces the current organizational structure of the cultural heritage protection management of Jingdezhen Imperial Kilns Site and the status of related construction and development,and then evaluates the protection and development effect of the current cultural heritage.Thirdly,the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the status quo of the protection and development of Jingdezhen Imperial Kilns.At the same time,the results of the questionnaire were analyzed,combined with field research and public interviews,the core content and extension guarantee of the cultural heritage protection and development of Jingdezhen Imperial Kilns Site were obtained.Fourthly,the reasons for the problems of low level of protection and development,insufficient investment in logistics support,ineffective publicity,unsound mechanism and inadequate propaganda are analyzed.Fifthly,by comparing the protection and development characteristics of other cities in China,summarizing their characteristics and analyzing them to explore their theoreticalbasis and realistic situation.Based on the problems and causes of the previous summary analysis,The author puts forward the following countermeasures: First,establishing comprehensive management mechanism,the implementation of joint supervision and feedback mechanism.Secondly,improving heritage planning,strengthening protection and in-depth development.Thirdly,increasing support investment.Fourthly,promoting cultural publicity and applying for the world cultural heritage.Fifthly,creating a good social atmosphere.This paper studies the countermeasures for protection and development of cultural heritage under the framework of public management theory,and makes innovations from the perspective of research.The conclusion can throw light on the development of cultural heritage in other small and medium-sized cities of China.
