Study On The Land Price Of Qingshui River Basin In Qing Dynasty

The contract is the document and evidence signed by the buyer and the seller to protect their own interests.Scholars have collated and published a large number of Qingshui River books,all of which are first-hand materials collected from Qingshui River area,with a large number,continuity and homecoming,which can truly reflect the social life situation of Qingshui River Basin.This paper takes the land contract of Qingshui River as the research object,which measures the land area by grain yield.Through comparative analysis,it discusses the change trend of land price in Qingshui River Basin in Qing Dynasty,analyzes the factors that affect the land price,and then shows the social situation of Qingshui River Basin.The trend of land price change in Qingshui River Basin is: low high low high low high.The land price decreased from Shunzhi to Kangxi,increased from Qianlong,decreased from late Qianlong to early Jiaqing,increased from mid Jiaqing to Daoguang,decreased and reached the lowest value in Tongzhi,and increased from Guangxu to Xuantong 。 The factors that affect land price include: War,population,tax,natural disaster,water conservancy facilities and agricultural development.In particular,several uprisings of Miao people in Qingshui River Basin were closely related to land prices,and the reasons for the uprisings reflected the social development of Qingshui River Basin in Qing Dynasty.
