As time went by,young employees with post-80 s and post-90 s have become the major part of employees in China’s industries,and the topic of job burnout has also caused more and more public attention.With the further deepening reform of state-owned enterprise,the work content and form of state-owned enterpriseemployees and their own characteristics have also undergone tremendous changes.The issue of the effectiveness of state-owned enterprises has always been a topic of public concern.In today’s society,the problem of job burnout has a greater impact on the enthusiasm of employees.Most of the employees of state-owned enterprises in China have more or lessproblem of job burnout.This phenomenon has seriously affected the production efficiency and future development of state-owned enterprises.This paper will focus on the group of young employees in state-owned enterprises and try to explore the formation mechanism of occupational burnout and the intervention mechanism of social work from the theoretical perspective of psychosocial treatment mode.It is an exploratory study on the application of psychosocial treatment model to the individual case of employee occupational burnout in social work.This paper divides the service process into three parts:research stage,diagnosis stage and treatment stage according to the method of psychosocialtherapy.First of all,the research questions were identified based on the results of the survey and data collection during the research phase.The basic information of the client was learned through questionnaire surveys and scale measurement.The pretest of the job burnout scale and the significant others and the client environment Interview with others to understand the client’s problems.Second,the diagnosis phase mainly analyzes the client’s information to understand the client’s problems.When analyzing and evaluating the cause of the client’s job burnout,a comprehensive diagnosis was used to comprehensively analyze the client’s data and its comprehensive performance.When determining the factors that affect the client,the classification diagnosis method is mainly used to diagnose the factors that affect the client from the physical,psychological and social levels.The client has insomniaheadache,gastrointestinal discomfort,obesity and health problems on physical factors,as well as indifferent personality,which are affected by the genetic factors of the client’s physical fitness,daily habits,and age;psychological factors on the client’s negative emotions,job slackness,and lack of goals.Issues such as peace and direction and disregard of work discipline are affected by the client’s internal self-adaptation,insufficient self-cognition,and imbalance in personality structure;social factors,relationship and marriage issues of the client reflect the client’s family support,work and organizational factors,influenced by important others such as mothers and leaders,colleagues relationships.Third,the treatment phase is targeted interventionbased on the physical,psychological and social factors of the diagnosis phase.Specifically,physiological factors help the client to understand himself,improve habits,strengthen exercise,etc.,to adjust his mentality and improve physical fitness;psychological factors help the client to improve self-awareness,correct self-cognition,stimulate self-esteem and self-identity,and stimulate work enthusiasm and interest;as for social factors,the interaction between the client and the environment are attached importance to improve the client’s ability to get along with others,interpersonal communication and emotional expression,and enhance the client’s work ability and enthusiasm.This article strives to solve the problems for the client,to provide inspiration for employees to establish a correct job selection and employment concept,and to provide theoretical and practical basis for the human resources management of state-owned enterprises,in order to improve the economic benefits of state-owned enterprises and promote organizational development.
