Research On Financing Problems Of Creative Industry Of Cultural Tourism In Jingdezhen From The Perspective Of Cultural And Tourism Integration

Under the background of the integration of culture and tourism and the construction of Jingdezhen National Ceramic Culture Inheritance and Innovation Pilot Zone,the development of cultural and tourism creative industries plays a vital role in promoting the economic development of Jingdezhen.Although Jingdezhen has made some achievements in supporting the development of cultural tourism industry financially,the financing problems of cultural tourism creative industry still exist,mainly manifested in:imperfect system,insufficient protection of intellectual property rights and high financing risks;There is no complete guarantee system,the communication between banks and enterprises is not smooth,and the financing channels are narrow;Lack of competitiveness,low credit rating of enterprises and great difficulty in financing,which leads to financing problems.Taking this as a starting point,this paper takes the financing problem of Jingdezhen cultural tourism creative industry as the research object,and discusses the countermeasures to solve the financing problem.This paper firstly sorts out the financing research status and financing theory of domestic and international cultural and creative industry at home and abroad,and paves the way for solving the financing problem;Secondly,through the use of literature research and field investigation,it understands the development of Jingdezhen cultural tourism creative industry and its financing status,and analyzes the main problems and reasons of its financing;Moreover,based on analytic hierarchy process and entropy method,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the financing of Jingdezhen cultural tourism creative industry and discusses the optimal financing method;Meanwhile,the research conclusion is used to analyze Jingdezhen Ceramic Cultural Tourism Group,in order to summarize its financing gains and losses,and lay a foundation for finding financing methods with the characteristics of Jingdezhen cultural tourism creative industry;Finally,in view of the problems existing in the financing of Jingdezhen cultural tourism creative industry,this paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions.Through the above analysis and research,it can be concluded that the financing difficulties of Jingdezhen cultural tourism creative industry are not only the problems of enterprises,but also closely related to the lack of government policy guidance and financial institutions’ support;To solve these problems,it must take the road of integration of culture and tourism to solve financing problems in development;Follow the principle of priority of financing methods and realize the best allocation of funds and resources;Innovate financing methods;Pay attention to the financing process and closely monitor the core elements that cause problems;The government should play a guiding role,financial institutions should play a supporting role,and cultural tourism enterprises should enhance their driving force to promote the solution of the financing problem of Jingdezhen cultural tourism creative industry.The innovation of this paper is: the topic selection is based on the background of integration of culture and tourism,and takes the financing problem of Jingdezhen cultural and tourism creative industry as the research object,which meets the needs of economic development and makes up for the lack of research on the financing problem of Jingdezhen cultural and tourism creative industry to a certain extent;The research content is analyzed step by step from the level of region,industry and enterprise,which is conducive to comprehensively study the financing of cultural tourism creative industries.
