With the acceleration of economic globalization,creative economy,network economy and digital economy,it has emerged as new economic forms,which intensifies economic competition between countries.As a new development form,industrial integration tries to break down the barriers between industries,making each industry gradually move from independence to integration and showing a thriving development trend.From the domestic perspective,with the vigorous development of China’s economy and the rapid development of science and technology,people’s material conditions have been greatly improved,and they have paid more and more attention to spiritual pursuits and experiences.Our country has a long history,and we must strengthen cultural self-confidence and carry forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The deep organic integration of cultural and creative industries and tourism industries can meet the individualized and diversified needs of the people for related cultural and tourism products.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to find an effective integration path between the cultural and creative industries and the tourism industry.Qinghai is located in Northwest China.It is also an area inhabited by ethnic groups and has an important ecological strategic position.Promoting the integrated development of tourism and cultural and creative industries has a profound impact on its economy development.By collecting domestic and foreign literature on tourism industry and cultural and creative industry,and studying the development context of the two industries,this paper summarizes and understands the conceptual categories and research status of cultural industry,cultural and creative industry,tourism industry,and industrial integration.This paper uses the theory of industrial integration,system coupling theory,experience economy theory and industry chain theory to measure the integration level of Qinghai’s cultural and creative industry and tourism,and discuss its development path.Based on the actual development status of cultural and creative industries and tourism in Qinghai Province,this paper selects the statistical data of Qinghai from 2005 to 2019 for a total of 15 years.By constructing an evaluation index system,determining the weight,and measuring the coupling degree,it will study the integrated development level of Qinghai’s cultural and creative industry and tourism,and further analyze the influencing factors and problems behind the coupling level so as to provide a more accurate way to find a breakthrough in its developmental path.Through research,this paper proposes the following integration development path from four dimensions: First,based on the level of system integration,it carries out system innovation,strengthens departmental linkage and talent introduction.Supporting policies can be implemented to clear development obstacles in the system;government functions can be transformed and management system reform and innovation can be carried out;talent training can be strengthened and talent team building can be introduced and strengthened;financial support can be increased and R&D can be deepened to establish leading enterprises.Second,based on market integration,it expands integration channels and builds platforms to strengthen marketing.It can break the industrial boundary and find the intersection with precise market positioning;it can improve the supervision system and promote the integration of cultural tourism network platforms;it can strengthen cultural tourism creativity and stimulate the potential of diversified cultural tourism consumption.Third,based on the level of enterprise integration,it focuses on the concept of talent transformation,and jointly develops new business forms.It can update the ideological understanding,change the concept and establish industrial awareness;it can protect professional talents and enhance the service value of the cultural and tourism industry;it can carry out corporate alliances to enhance the relationship to form a brand effect;it can achieve multiple driving ways and promote the all-round development of new forms.Fourth,based on the level of product integration,it promotes product research and development and absorbs experience to meet demand.Master information technology and make full use of high-tech means;be good at learning from experience and give full play to the advantages of latecomers to help cultural tourism;pay attention to consumer feedback to meet diversified consumer needs;strengthen market research and improve the cultural tourism marketing system.
