Artifacts are the externalization of the spirit and the carrier of culture,and they are the symbols of materialized culture.Qing Emperor Gaozong was one of the most renowned emperors during the Qing Dynasty,known as the "Ten Perfect Elders",which was reflected in all aspects of his governance of the country.At the same time,the reign of Qing Emperor Gaozong was the heyday of the entire Qing dynasty and traditional society,as well as a period of frequent cultural exchanges between China and the West,and the particularities and commonalities of the personal,social,and cultural exchanges between China and abroad in his imperial porcelain production were externalized in the style of Qing Emperor Gaozong’s imperial porcelain objects.Using the relevant theories of Marxist philosophy,this paper systematically analyzes and discusses the style of Qing Emperor Gaozong’s imperial porcelain objects from different dimensions.Based on the perspective of subjectivity,it is analyzed that Emperor Gaozong of the Qing Dynasty led the design and production process of imperial porcelain,and formed the most skilled design,management and production team at that time with his spiritual philosophy as the center,reflecting his "materialization" of the saintly king’s pursuit,which established the status and value of imperial porcelain of Emperor Gaozong of the Qing Dynasty in the history of Chinese ceramics;based on the perspective of dialectics,different styles of imperial porcelain products are interpreted.Based on a dialectical perspective,the interpretation of different styles of imperial porcelain products not only reflects the Chinese cultural tradition of "Shanggu",but also contains factors of cultural exchange between East and West,and highlights the influence of innovative technology;based on a pragmatic perspective,the interpretation of the practical basis and cognitive logic of the Qing imperial porcelain philosophy of making objects,highlighting the "ten whole The practical basis and cognitive logic of the Qing imperial porcelain philosophy are interpreted from a pragmatic point of view,showing the expression of the subjectivity of the "old man",the position of the political edification of the object,the perspective of the construction of the Chinese nation and the exploration of the integration of the East and West.Using the theoretical viewpoint of Marxist philosophy,we analyze the holistic view of Qing Gaozong’s imperial porcelain as an organic whole consisting of production technology,cultural exchange,and value construction,with Qing Gaozong’s saintly imagery as the core,and analyze the role and influence of these elements in the imperial porcelain,and then conduct a preliminary exploration of research related to Qing Gaozong’s imperial porcelain from a new perspective.
