Research On Modal Structure "Zhe NP VP De C"

In the combined predicate-complement structure “zhe NP VP de C”,the complements after the “de” can be divided into possible complements,degree complements,and modal complements.We chooses the moral structure which like “zhe NP VP de C ” structure for research,because it has the least number of people to study,the most number of corpora,the most complex structure and the most diverse grammatical meanings.With the help of a corpus and Chinese examples,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the syntactic,semantic,and pragmatic levels of the modal structure “zhe NP VP de C”.This article mainly includes the following three parts.The first part is the syntactic analysis of the modal structure “zhe NP VP de C”.This part includes two aspects: component analysis and structure type analysis of the structure.In component analysis,analyze the function of constant items and the conditions of variables that can enter the structure.In the analysis of the structure type,through the syntactic transformations of “zhe NP VP de C” and “NP VP de C”,“NP C” and “zhe NP C”,the component relationship of “zhe NP VP de C” is summarized as additive type and value-added type,and the integration degree of “zhe NP VP de C” is divided into three types: high-level integration,middle-level integration and low-level integration.The second part is the semantic analysis of the modal structure “zhe NP VP de C”.According to Chinese examples,the structure can be divided into two types: natural result type and social result type according to the different types of results after “de”.In the social result type,according to the different complements to explain the different objects,it is divided into two categories: species result and human result.According to whether the “VP” and “C” can enter the “because of VP,so C”,a more detailed classification is made.The third part is the pragmatic analysis of the modal structure “zhe NP VP de C”.The structure mainly has the pragmatic function of evaluation.According to the different evaluation subjects,there are two types of individual evaluation and group evaluation.According to the different evaluation content,there are four types of ability evaluation,emotion evaluation,information evaluation and logic evaluation.At the level of evaluation methods,special types of evaluations such as cross-examination and contradictory evaluations are analyzed.
