Research On The Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Survice In Daiyue District Of Tai’an City

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed to build a strong socialist culture for more than one time.The 19 th CPC National Congress took "cultural confidence" as the basis of the "four confidence",and cultural development turned from people’s needs to national strategy.Along with the economic and social development,people’s living standard is increasing day by day,for culture put forward higher requirements,is the most profound,the most extensive strategic development in rural areas,the basis of priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas in addition to improve the quality of agricultural products,optimization of agricultural structure,still need to develop rural public culture construction,enhance the level of public culture supply and promote rural social economy and the ideological quality upgrading,promote the comprehensive revitalization of rural culture.Based on the above background,the main work of this study is: select Tai’an City daiyue district as a representative,on the basis of literature review,using the method of questionnaire,case analysis and field research method,in daiyue district nine studies,the present situation and problems of the rural public cultural service supply analysis of the current daiyue district rural public cultural service while mainly depends on the government to supply,but in the cultural facilities,cultural activities,culture,talent cultivation and so on has made certain achievements;On the basis of the present situation of supply,on the basis of questionnaire,based on the analysis of respondents sex ratio,age structure,academic structure,identity account structure,on the basis of the facilities,participation,and supply ways of utilization analysis questionnaire data,summarizes the existing cultural facilities,low operation efficiency,cultural supplies,low efficiency,lack of talents and the township government invest low four aspects;In view of the problems from the system construction,the matching of supply and demand,the traditional idea,the government internal coordination management,the author analyzes the reasons of lead to problems,and then to point with surface,through the analysis of daiyue district rural public cultural service supply,summarizes the countermeasures and Suggestions,with a broad range of sexual proposed multivariate supply should strengthen the rural public cultural service system construction,strengthen the talent team construction,improve the supply mechanism,promote and advice of public cultural and industrial integration,one of the main research contents and conclusions are of public cultural services supply to break the original government completely dominated by a single supply,the establishment of a new multivariate supply system.
