| In the field of exercise research,many psychologists pay more attention to the immediate effect of physical exercise.This article introduces a method of keeping fit at home during the epidemic period—the dynamic pile training of Xingyi boxing,which is the basic pile skill of an ancient boxing method.Different from the triangle standing pile training of normal Xingyi boxing,the training content of this boxing method is the moving pile,that is,the advance version of standing pile training.This study aims to testthe effect of this new advance Xingyi boxing training method on graduatestudents’ emotion,attention and self-confidence in sports state.The design of the study was a double experiment with multiple groups and front-back test of subjects.There were five experimental groups: 40 minute reading group,40 minute walking group,20 minute pile moving exercise group,40 minute pile moving exercise group and 60 minute pile moving exercise group.There were 15 subjects in each group and 75 subjects in total.The first experiment was designed for three groups with different activities at the same time.The second experiment was three groups of the same pile training activities,different time before and after the test design.Two scales,one reaction time test program and two mobile phone software were used to measure the experiment.The subjects first need to conduct the pre-test,then conduct their own experimental activities,and finally conduct the post-test.Meetings during COVID-19 were not allowed,and experiments were conducted indirectly.The limited time of the experiment is one month and seven days.After the experiment,the subjects can send the content of the experiment to the chief examiner,and the chief examiner will process and analyze the data.The results show that there are significant differences among the three groups before the test in Experiment 1,and the differences among the groups after the test are reduced.The results of the single group before and after the test show that the ability to make a positive contribution to the psychological effect from high to low is the walking group,the 40 minute pile moving exercise group,and the reading group.In Experiment 2,there was no significant difference between the three groups before the test,but significant difference among the groups after the test.The results of the single group before and after the test showed that the ability to make a positive contribution to the psychological effect from high to low was 20 minute pile moving exercise group,60 minute pile moving exercise group,and40 minute pile moving exercise group.After the difference test of the most significant groups in Experiment 1 and Experiment 2,it is found that the20 minute pile moving exercise group has better effect on psychological effect than the walking group.Conclusion: first,the time difference of a single exercise will affect the change of psychological effect,so the time of completing the experiment should be taken into account.Second,the results show that a single 20 minute pile moving exercise is more beneficial to the body and mind than a 40 minute walk. |
