A Study On The Operation And Management Of Art Group In The State-owned Enterprise System

With the continuous prosperity and development of the cultural and art industry,the operation and management of art groups is of great importance.The scientific management mode helps the art troupe to gain a foothold in the market competition and promote the formation of a benign symbiosis mode between promoting art and production and management,so as to achieve the expected ideal goal.Based on the actual situation of art troupes under the state-owned enterprise system,this paper compares the similarities and differences between the mechanism of TISCO Art Troupe and the private art troupe,analyzes the existing management problems of the current state-owned art troupe,and takes TISCO Luogu and Drum Troupe as an example to deeply study and discuss the measures and suggestions to promote the improvement of the management mode of TISCO Luogu and Drum Troupe.
