| Sugar is an indispensable non-staple foodstuffs in people’s daily life,cane suger is most of it.The history of cane suger production in China has a long history,but cane suger production technology has long been in the stage of handmade sugar production.At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the Early Republic,in order to resist the impact of foreign sugar,China tried to transform from handmade sugar production to mechanized sugar production.Guangdong,Neijiang of Sichuan and other places introduced mechanical sugar product equipments from abroad,but ended in failure;After the outbreak of comprehensive Anti-Japanese War,with the support of the government,the Neijiang of Sichuan introduced many mechanical sugar-producting equipment and established a number of mechanized sugar-producting factories.However,these sugar-producting factories still used some indigenous sugar-producting tools more or less in the production process,these aren’t mechanized sugar-producting factories in the true sense.After the founding of the People’s Republic of China,China’s sugar industry has truly entered the stage of fully mechanized sugar production.However,in the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,among the main domestic cane sugar economic zones,only the mechanical sugar industry in Guangdong Province recover and develop quickly,there were a few mechanical sugar-producting factories in Fujian and Sichuan province,handmade sugar factories still dominate,and the country’s sugar production is insufficient to sell.Therefore,in order to increase the national sugar production to meet the needs of the people,meanwhile under the strategy of developing light industry on the basis of prioritizing the development of heavy industry and vigorously supporting the inland industry,the establishment of a new fully mechanized sugar factory in the southwest region has gradually been put on the agenda.The Neijiang of Sichuan is one of the important sugar economic regions in the country,with long history of sugar production.As a result,a large-scale fully machined sugar factory with a daily squeeze of 1,000 tons-the Neijiang Sugar Factory came in Sichuan Province.Under the planned economic system,in order to ensure the completion and over-fulfillment of the national plan,the Neijiang Sugar Factory has made continuous effort to improve the level of corporate management.In terms of organizational structure,the factory manager responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee has been gradually established,and a corporate governance model has been formed in which workshops are divided based on the production area and managed as a grassroots production unit.At the same time,Neijiang Sugar Factory has gradually established and improved management systems such as economic accounting system,technical management system,day-shift operation planning system,quality inspection and acceptance system,etc.,to further strengthen planning management,save costs,and accumulate funds for the country.In addition,Neijiang Sugar Factory has established an incentive mechanism based on distributing employee benefits,which plays an important role in mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees for production,but it also places a great burden on the enterprise.In addition to strengthening corporate management,the state-owned Neijiang Sugar Factory also uses advanced machinery and equipment to actively carry out technological innovation campaigns.First of all,experiments were carried out to increase the production of raw materials,improve cultivation techniques,prevent and control diseases and insect pests,and open up fertilizer sources,which increased the yield and sugar content of sugarcane to a certain extent.In addition,Neijiang Sugar Factory carried out a series of sugar-making technological innovations.Experiments include AC electrolysis clarification method,ion exchange clarification method,improvement of "May 1st" sugar cooking method and experimental research of eliminating evaporation tank.From 1956 to 1965,through the strengthening of corporate management and technological innovation campaigns,although the sugar output of the state-owned Neijiang Sugar Factory fluctuated,overall it increased.Especially from 1956 to 1959,the total sugar output of the whole plant continued to rise,reaching the highest output value in 1959.From 1960 to 1962,due to three years of natural disasters,agriculture was frustrated,sugarcane production fell,and sugar production dropped sharply.From1963 to 1965,with the gradual increase in sugar cane production,the sugar production of Neijiang Sugar Factory also gradually recovered.In order to improve the production efficiency of the sugar factory,the state-owned Neijiang Sugar Factory has carried out comprehensive utilization on a large scale,and newly built satellite workshops such as papermaking workshops,furfural workshops,alcohol workshops,sugarcane wax workshops,etc.,changing from single product to multiple products,and single operation to multiple products.Operation has changed the situation of "half a year and half a year idle" in the past.In short,the state-owned Neijiang Sugar Factory has changed the situation of single production of sugar in the past through comprehensive utilization,and greatly improved the production efficiency of the sugar factory.In addition,the products of the state-owned Neijiang Sugar Factory were purchased and distributed uniformly by Neijiang Sugar and Liquor Company.Although the state-owned Neijiang Sugar Factory was in an exploratory stage during the period from 1956 to 1965 in its corporate management and technological innovation,and its sugar output showed fluctuations and twists,the operation of the factory had an important impact on all aspects of the society and economy of Neijiang.In terms of industry,the state-owned Neijiang Sugar Factory has not only cultivated the technical force for the new sugar factory,but also expanded the scale of the Neijiang sugar industry and promoted the sugar industry to gradually become one of the pillars of the Neijiang industry.Liquor and white cloth produced by the alcohol industry and cotton textile industry are called "three whites".In terms of transportation,the state-owned Neijiang Sugar Factory cooperates with relevant departments to promote the construction of Neijiang city and county transportation.It not only provides human support,but also invests funds to promote the development of transportation construction and promote the further development of the water and land transportation network.Not only that,the plant also provided employment opportunities for urban residents in Neijiang,and provided technical guidance and fertilizer for sugarcane planting in rural areas.In short,the state-owned Neijiang Sugar Factory had a profound impact on the society and economy of
