| Since the beginning of the 19 th century,modernization and reform have been dominating the agenda of the autocratic Russian government,and the modernization of Russian Jews occupies an important position in this agenda.Beginning in the1840 s,Russia learned from the French Jewish management system and formed a Jewish bureaucratic system that served the Russian government.From then on until1917,the Russian Jewish bureaucratic system continued to develop.These Jewish officials played an important role in the formulation and implementation of Jewish policies.It has a great effect.They have also become a unique group of Russian Jews.Starting from the formation of the Russian Jewish bureaucracy,this paper introduces and analyzes the conditions of the main Jewish official institutions and the Jewish official class from the 1840 s to 1917 in detail.This paper will be divided into three parts to discuss,namely introduction,body and conclusion.The first part is the introduction of the first chapter,which mainly explains the research background of this paper,the problems involved in the research process and the research significance.There are four sections in this chapter,which are the significance of the topic,the current research status at home and abroad,the research methods and ideas,and the innovations and deficiencies.The second part is the main text,which is also the main part of this paper,including the second,third,and fourth chapters.Chapter Two,"The Formation of the Jewish Bureaucratic System in Modern Russia",introduces in detail the changes in the social status of Russian Jews,and discusses in detail the Jewish People’s Congress,an early Jewish bureaucracy,and the The significance of the formation of the bureaucratic system.The third chapter takes "the main Jewish bureaucracy in modern Russia" as the theme,and introduces in detail the history and functions of the two Russian Jewish bureaucracies,the Office of the Jewish Elite Officials and the Rabbinic Committee.Chapter 4 "The Status of Jewish Officials in Modern Russia" mainly analyses the basic conditions of the Jewish officials in modern Russia,including their socio and cultural background,family and educational status,size and classification,income status,spirit of service,and the job description and official status of Jewish officials.The third part is the conclusion,which summarizes the paper. |
