In the new era,the rapid development of information technology is continuingly changing our lives,the education industry is also affected by it.In this social context,flipped classroom was born.It has changed the traditional model.During the process of the integration of various subjects in all stages of schools,it highlights a great advantage.However,in the implementation of flipped classroom,some problems have been exposed.This paper is committed to finding relevant problems,putting forward solutions,constructing a new flipped classroom teaching model,and verifying the effectiveness of the new teaching model in teaching experiments.On the basis of constructivism and mastery learning theory,this paper investigates,studies and analyzes the current situation of flipped classroom in high school English in the school where the intern works through the literature review,questionnaire,interview and classroom observation.And found it that in the implementation of the turn high school English classroom appeared in the process of language comprehension and expression,initiative and the accuracy is not enough,the classroom inquiry activity,students value orientation is not clear,study and classroom before class to the formation of organic task chain,respectively from the language,cultural quality,thought quality and ability to learn four aspects discusses the improvement strategy,to solve the problem of the existing problems were used respectively,situation,cooperation,and methods to the students’ language ability,cultural quality,thinking quality and to improve the ability to learn and to achieve the purpose of the core to improve students’ English literacy,and turned to guide to build the new high school English classroom teaching mode.Based on the teaching model proposed in this study,teaching design is carried out for specific English courses and applied to the actual English course teaching.Two freshman classes of Middle and High School were selected for educational experiments.One class is the experimental class which implements the improved flipped classroom teaching mode,and the other class is the control class which implements the flipped classroom teaching mode before the improvement.At the end of the experiment,a comparative analysis was made on the test data of students’ core literacy and their academic performance,and it was verified that the improved flipped classroom teaching mode of high school English was effective in improving the core literacy and academic performance of high school students.
