Study On The History And Experience Of The Rural Cultural Construction Of The Communist Party Of China Since The Reform And Opening-up

Cultural construction is one of the important contents of rural development,which plays an important role in promoting the stable and orderly development of rural society.To do a good job in the construction of rural culture is not only the inevitable requirement of socialist modernization,but also the realistic need to meet the growing spiritual culture of the peasant masses,and the objective requirement of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.After the reform and opening-up,the Party and the state attach great importance to the construction of rural culture,emphasizing the strengthening of rural cultural construction.After the goal of new rural construction is put forward,cultural construction,as an indispensable part of social development,plays an important role in the overall layout of the construction of new socialist countryside.The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has issued a large number of documents to give overall planning and policy guidance to the construction of rural culture.The implementation of a series of major initiatives has made remarkable achievements in rural cultural construction,greatly increased rural cultural infrastructure,enriched the cultural life of the peasant masses,and greatly improved the overall cultural quality.However,it is undeniable that the current level of rural cultural development is generally lower than that of urban areas,and is still a short board of rural development.The task of rural cultural construction is still heavy,and there is still a big gap from realizing the overall revitalization of rural areas.Combing through the literature of the Party’s rural cultural construction since the reform and opening-up shows that the Party’s rural cultural construction is always focusing on different aspects with different social and historical backgrounds at different stages and the target tasks of rural construction at that time,and is in a dynamic development process.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up,our Party has continuously summarized its experience,and some practices that have proved fruitful have been continued,playing an enormous role in the process of rural cultural construction.The construction of rural culture is a great battle of long-term,arduous and complex coexistence,and it is also a great cause which is beneficial in the present and autumn,which needs to adhere to the guidance of the Party’s leadership and Marxism,give full play to the main role of the peasant masses,and establish and improve the institutional mechanism of rural cultural construction through reform and innovation.After the 19 th National Congress,the CPC Central Committee took the strategy of rural revitalization as one of the major development strategies of the new era,paid more attention to the all-round development of rural areas,after the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee,the rural construction action was fully launched,and the construction of rural culture entered a new stage.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,strengthening the construction of rural culture through various paths will surely promote the revitalization of rural culture and provide assistance for the overall revitalization of rural areas.
