Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,more and more attention has been paid to the core values of socialism.The realization of values relies mainly on the correct understanding and healthy development of people’s psychological level.At the same time,under the background of Rural Revitalization and development,China’s rural issues have attracted much attention,especially the current unbalanced development of urban and rural areas,highlighting the problem of rural farmers.More and more attention has been paid to the problem of desertification in the spiritual construction of rural peasants.Therefore,this paper takes Qingtian Village as an example to study its psychological contract,to explore the rationality of promoting organizational citizenship behavior and to put forward suggestions to promote the formation of psychological contract based on cultural perspective.On the one hand,the research on psychological contract at home and abroad is sorted out and analyzed.It is found that the research on rural psychological contract under the background of village collective economy is still blank.We need to conduct in-depth visits and research in view of the unique situation of our country.Therefore,this paper takes Qingtian Village along Yingkou City Gully Town as an example to conduct a field survey of the village.Through questionnaires and field surveys.Through field investigation and case analysis,the author investigates the psychological contract of the village and finds that the formation of organizational citizenship behavior can be promoted from the cultural perspective.This discovery can promote the cohesion of the village organization and the development of the rural revitalization.On the other hand,through the analysis of the investigation cases of the village,the author studies the relationship between organizational culture and psychological contract,and on this basis.Based on the cultural perspective,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the formation of psychological contract,so as to promote the formation of organizational citizenship behavior in organizations.Firstly,on the basis of extensive and in-depth reading and analysis of documents on psychological contract,the research results at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed.The research is organized from three aspects:the dimension of psychological contract transaction,the dimension of relationship and the dimension of members of village organizations,which provides theoretical support for promoting organizational citizenship behavior.Secondly,in the process of the investigation,the psychological contract of the villagers in Qingtian village is mainly investigated and studied in the form of field follow-up survey and questionnaire survey,and the research results are analyzed and sorted out according to three dimensions.It is found that with the growing sense of cultural identity,the psychological contract is more and more deeply rooted,and organizational citizenship behavior is more and more obvious.Finally,on the basis of research and analysis,based on the survey results,this paper puts forward the factors of forming psychological contract,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the formation of psychological contract from the cultural perspective:first,developing cultural undertakings to promote the formation of psychological contract by spreading cultural ideas;second,paying attention to the development of spiritual culture to promote the formation of psychological contract at the value level;third,building a cultural platform to keep pace with the times.To maintain the dynamic balance of psychological contract,the fourth is to broaden channels of psychological counseling and enhance humanistic care.
