With the rise of the "Chinese fever",major colleges and universities have also enrolled students majoring in Chinese international education.It is particularly important to explore the professional identity of these students The significance of professional identity to college students not only directly affects the learning life of the entire university stage,but also plays a very important role in their future career development.In recent years,professional identity has gradually attracted the attention of many researchers.However,at this stage,the research on a certain major of undergraduates is a few,and the research on the professional identity of undergraduates majoring in Chinese international education is very few.By means of questionnaires and interviews,this paper investigates the undergraduates majoring in Chinese international education at Xinjiang Normal University,and explores the status of professional identity of students in this major and its influencing factors.According to the statistics analysis,the professional identity of undergraduates majoring in Chinese international education is at the upper-middle level,and professional emotions score the highest among the four dimensions of professional identity.In terms of individual differences,there are significant differences between professional identity and personality,grade,volunteer choice,student source,teaching conditions,professional course scores and employment prospects.In the survey results of influencing factors,it is found that personal factors,school factors and social factors have different degrees of impact on professional identity.This shows that undergraduates majoring in Chinese international education have a positive attitude towards their major,and also explored three factors affecting undergraduates majoring in Chinese international education.This paper provides some research materials for the professional identity of undergraduates majoring in Chinese international education.However,this study did not conduct extensive investigations on the subjects,and there are certain limitations.It is hope that the research on professional identity will be further improved in future..
