| With the development of the socialist market economy,enterprises,with a lot of opportunities,are also facing many challenges.If enterprises want to survive in the fierce market competition,they will constantly improve the requirements for employees,and at the same time the employees will find that their pressure from work and life is increasing.Permanent excessive mental pressure,which employees haven’t adopted effective ways to solve,causes a vicious circle of bad emotions.In 2017,22 departments including the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the Ministry of Civil Affairs jointly issued the Guidance on Strengthening Mental Health Services,which pointed out that the provision of mental health services and the improvement of the mental health service system,Give play to the professional functions of social work.It is proposed that various agencies,enterprises and other employers integrate employees’ mental health education into ideological and political work,develop and implement psychological assistance programs for employees,and provide employees with relevant psychological counseling,psychological education training,and mental health promotion services.Employees create conditions for solving psychological problems.With the government’s advocacy,corporate governance has changed,and companies have paid more attention to employees’ mental health and emotional persuasion,but they are more reflected in post-crisis psychological decompression and lack of normalized emotional management intervention methods.Under the guidance of empowerment theory,social work intervention in the management of corporate employees ’emotions can enhance employee empowerment,change employees’ perception of bad emotions,and reduce the negative impact of bad emotions on employees.Guided by the empowerment theory,with the help of questionnaire and case interview,this article investigates the current situation of the emotional management of employees,analyzes the problems and finds causes of it and using the methods of case,group,and social work,with the perspective of explore empowerment theory,and explores the practical solution strategy to provide experience and practical basis for future research.The research is divided into four parts: the first part mainly elaborates the research background、research significance、literature review,research methods and theory basis;the second part introduces the existing circumstances and analysis of the emotional management of employees in M companies;the third part is about the practical process of social work intervention in employees’ emotion management and the evaluation of service effect;the fourth part gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the results of evaluation and practical dilemmas. |
