China’s secondary vocational education is in the stage of rapid development,many secondary vocational schools open "selective" courses,the idea of selective education into secondary vocational curriculum reform,give students more learning and professional options,to build a curriculum system that can meet the diversified needs of secondary vocational students.So far,the trend of fiber art has been diversified with more and more emphasis on the innovation of works.However for secondary fiber art courses,teaching mainly focus on learning skills,teaching contents by professor weaving techniques and introduces the choice of materials and methods of how to deal with,also have a small number of teaching is to choose the direction of the fiber art students creation and design of guidance,cultivating the professional talents.For fiber art,the creative ability of the author is the soul of the work,which emphasizes the coexistence of "creation" and "action" in the process of creation.This paper discusses how to cultivate students’ creative ability with the help of the fiber Art elective course of Shenzhen Second Vocational And Technical School.First of all,the curriculum is dedicated to promoting students’ personalized development and enhancing their comprehensive strength.During my internship,however,found that students in fiber art course revealed many problems associated with creative ability,through interview,questionnaire investigation and found that three months of daily contact students exist some obvious questions,namely the students’ mentality in fiber art courses seriously enough,wrong cognition of the curriculum and the teachers’ behavior,frequently used in fiber art works inert thinking,creative logic chaos,final works cannot satisfy the expectations and so on.These factors affect students’ love for fiber art courses,but also hinder their passion and motivation to participate in creation in class.They take classes with mixed credits,making elective courses meaningless.In addition to combining the conclusion of the content of the survey questionnaire and communication interview will students classifies the problems in the process of creation,is the social factors of vocational education,school education,teachers,and students’ personal factors and so on four aspects,one is analyzed and according to the summary can stimulate students love and willing to participate in the artistic creation way and how teachers throughout the logical aspects of students’ creative thinking strategy is put forward,respectively from cultivating students abilities of art "and" and "for" two aspects,summarized as five directions,namely guide to explore the way of thinking,creative consciousness;Activate the memory image,burst creative inspiration;Try various materials to stimulate individual creation;Use multi-dimensional evaluation to create an export platform for works;Enrich the faculty,enhancethe attractiveness of the classroom,etc.In this paper,the sixth chapter respectively according to the five directions in teaching practice,from the teachers and students four factors such as personal,school and society to expand,including through the game or exhibitions,business teacher entered the classroom,commodity sales,home to carry forward the traditional culture,to participate in volunteer activities,with a preference to create a variety of forms such as stimulate students’ interest,creative ability,at the same time the article use the five teachers guide students how to play a creative thinking teaching case to assist.
