Based on more comprehensive literature and more informative and reliable first-hand field survey data,this paper shows and discusses the issues such as the invention and spread and evolution of the advanced production technology,the change of the status of water mill in people’s life,the connection with the local people’s life,the attitude and emotion of people’s life,the story of the water mill owner and his family,the relationship between water mill and the economic life,social life and cultural life of the local residents.Using the method of scientific anthropology,this paper analyzes a series of phenomena that have been replaced by electric mill by the emergence and development of water mill under the development of productivity.The whole thesis consists of six chapters in addition to the foreword:the first chapter is an introduction,the second chapter is about the documentation of grinding and water grinding,mainly analyzing the historical literature on the record and evaluation of water grinding.The third chapter mainly deconstructs the structure of the water mill,introduces the name and function of each part of the water mill.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the water mill found in the field survey and its history,and introduces the development course of water mill through these analysis.The fifth chapter introduces the transmission of ink and ink through several water mill,and the sixth chapter mainly introduces the enigma,proverbs and so on produced by water mill in the development process.The whole article takes water mill as a production tool as the carrier to explore the relationship between science and technology development and progress from the perspective of scientific and technological anthropology.At the same time,the analysis of the reasons why water millstills still exist are feelings,reservations or other.
