| Ning hao,as the leading figure of the sixth generation of directors,was born at the grassroots.He can not only draw inspiration from rich experience to ensure the richness of the structure and plot of the story,but also deeply understand the aesthetic habits of the audience,can accurately grasp the audience’s aesthetic tendency to meet their aesthetic needs.His achievements are not only reflected in the commercial success of the film box office,but also in the impact on the Chinese film landscape.Ning hao’s films with his own small cost won the recognition of the grassroots culture,overturned the traditional film shooting techniques,and constructed his unique aesthetic characteristics.The author intends to explore the theoretical and practical significance of ning hao to the development of Chinese films by studying his film creation.Focusing on ning hao’s eight films,this paper discusses the aesthetic characteristics of his films from four aspects: narrative theme,space-time structure,character image and audiovisual language.The first chapter introduces the background and research status of this paper.The main part starts from the second chapter,which discusses the director’s creative process from the background of ning hao’s growth.The third chapter first defines the concept of absurdity,and then discusses the presentation form of the film narrative theme of absurdity,that is,the absurdity is shown through the conflict between man and reality and the confrontation between man and himself.The fourth chapter explores the aesthetic characteristics of film nonlinearity from multiple viewpoints,time series disorder and plate combination.The fifth chapter discusses the "ugliness" of the film characters.Chapter six explores the collage of ning hao’s audio-visual language from the perspective of film editing,camera pictures,music and language. |
