Evaluation Research On Green Development In Industrial Cluster Of The Integration Of Culture And Tourism In Zhangjiakou

The integration of culture and tourism is an important trend in the development of tourism industry.Industrial cluster is an advanced organizational form of industrial development.Based on the theory of industrial cluster,industrial integration and sustainable development,this paper studies the formation conditions,development trend and characteristics of the industrial cluster of the integration of cultural and tourism in Zhangjiakou,and constructs the green development evaluation indicator system of the industrial cluster in Zhangjiakou.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:First,the research background and theoretical basis.This paper analyzes the background and significance of the research,expounds the concept of tourism industry cluster,integration of culture and tourism,green development in industrial cluster of the integration of cultural and tourism and industrial cluster theory,industrial integration theory,sustainable development theory.Second,sort out the conditions for the formation of industrial cluster in Zhangjiakou.It analyzes from three aspects: culture and tourism resource conditions,tourist source market demand conditions,and tourism-related supporting industry conditions.It is found that Zhangjiakou has rich cultural and ecological resources and high quality,and has the resource conditions for the formation of industrial cluster.The demand in the tourist source market continues to grow,and the demand potential is huge.Related supporting industries such as tourism,catering and accommodation,tourism and ancillary services have developed well.Third,the paper summarizes the new business forms of integration of culture and tourism and the development trend and characteristics of the industrial cluster.Zhangjiakou has formed five new forms,including the Great Wall culture tourism,grassland culture tourism,grape(wine)culture tourism,ice and snow culture tourism,paper-cut culture tourism,showing a spatial aggregation and distribution state.Empirical calculation shows that industrial cluster of the integration of culture and tourism has formed and has a high level.The industrial cluster has the characteristics of regional multi culture,regional green ecology and cluster correlation effect.Fourth,construct the green development evaluation indicator system of the industrial cluster in Zhangjiakou.From the six aspects of tourism economic development,tourism supporting industry level,green tourism resource endowment,upgrading of residents’ consumption structure,technology input level,and environmental governance level,specific indicators affecting green development are screened,and a three-level green development evaluation indicator system is constructed.Fifth,analyze the evaluation results of the green development level.Use the comprehensive evaluation method to empirically measure the comprehensive score of the green development level.From 2009 to 2018,the green development level showed a steady improvement.The main problems are as follows: the green tourism resources need to be further developed and utilized,the investment in science and technology is insufficient,the talents in science and tourism are scarce,the development of tourism related supporting industries is relatively backward,and the level of environmental governance needs to be improved.Sixth,the suggestions for the green development in industrial cluster of the integration of culture and tourism in Zhangjiakou.In response to the problems,it puts forward five suggestions: strengthen the protection and inheritance of cultural resources,promote the deep development of culture and tourism integration.Strengthen the protection and utilization of ecological resources,establish a green development mechanism.Promote the application of science and technology in tourism,promote renewable energy.Strengthen the green industry chain,cultivate leading enterprises.Accelerate the talent training and introduction,provide sufficient manpower support.
