| In 2015,the "Overall Plan for the Decoupling of Industry Associations and Chambers of Commerce and Administrative Organs" was triggered.Subsequently,the Hubei Provincial Sports Bureau issued a plan for deepening sports reform.As a result,Hubei Province conformed to the trend of national sports reform and officially kicked off the deepening of sports reform.The Hubei Provincial Dance Sports Association is a provincial non-Olympic event association.As the first batch of provincial substantive reform pilot associations,it plans to achieve decoupling in 2020.However,due to the outbreak of the new crown epidemic in 2020,sports development in Hubei Province Temporarily suspended,the decoupling work has been suspended,but the association has gradually improved after the epidemic has been brought under control.This paper uses literature method,expert interview method,field survey method,comparative analysis method and other research methods to study the development status of Hubei Dance Sports Association during the decoupling transition period,combined with the theory of sustainable development,and proposes the sustainable development goal of Dance Sports Association.—— Ecological level: Innovate systems and mechanisms to achieve sustainable use of resources;Economic level: Boutique business activities to improve their own hematopoietic function;Social level: Balance market supply and demand,and actively participate in sports governance.Through the analysis of the current development status of the association’s organizational structure,talent allocation,internal system construction,financial revenue and expenditure,market business,social influence,etc.,the main problems it faces are drawn: 1.The development of multiple management is limited,and the top-level design is missing;2.The loss of human resources is serious,and the humanistic care of employees is absent;3.The vitality of business activities is insufficient,and the diversified event IP is vacant;4.Resource sharing is in urgent need of development,and the integration of venue resources is weak;5.The sports market is unevenly supplied and demanded,and the attractiveness of the project needs to be Enhancement;6.Narrow social influence and insufficient participation in social governance;7.Administrative law enforcement is weakened,and the supervisory mechanism needs to be improved.Combining the sustainable development goals and comparing the development enlightenment of domestic and foreign sports organizations,the research has drawn the sustainable development countermeasures of the association: 1.Optimize system construction and continue to improve the top-level design;2.Highlight humanistic care and cultivate compound talents in multiple dimensions;3.Innovative business Ability to create high-quality event IP;4.Attract social capital and strengthen market-oriented operation capabilities;5.Share resource allocation,adhere to the concept of green open sharing;6.Promote school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen the construction of reserve talent system;7.Cultivate self-discipline ability,Adapt to the requirements of social governance innovation. |
