With the rapid development of sports dance in China, different kinds of sports dance events are being held in full swing all over the country.Children are the main force of the team, they have become the main force to expand the scale of all kinds of events.Modern sports dance training theory tells us that psychological training has become an indispensable and important part of training excellent sports dance players. The promotion process of multi-round events has led to the tragic elimination, which has become one of the characteristics of sports dance events,so each player must face this reality and solve the psychological preparation for the elimination. The purpose of this paper is to study the psychological state of children’s sports dancers from 9 to 12 years old in our country after losing the competition,to compare and analyze the differences between the psychological state of children’s sports dancers under the influence of different rounds, different competition groups, different expected goals and different ages,to explore the characteristics and rules of their psychological state, and to put forward corresponding adjustment methods and suggestions to promote the physical and mental development of children’s athletes. On the basis of collecting reference materials by means of literature and expert interview, and combining with the results of field observation, this paper designs a questionnaire by itself, using inductive analysis method and independent sample t test, single factor ANOVA mathematical statistics method, using SPSS 19.0 statistical software, statistics and collates the types of psychological state performance of children’s sports dancers after losing the competition, and further analyzes the relationship between different age groups, training years, number of competitions, elimination rounds, expected goals and other factors. The main findings are:1.After losing the competition, most of the children’s sports dancers from 9 to 12 years old in our country will show negative psychological state, among which the psychological state of disappointment,depression,self-blame,upset,nervous,shivering and panic is more obvious, and the psychological state of anger and grievance is not obvious.2.There are significant differences in the psychological state of 9 to 12 year old children’s sports dancers in our country. The higher the group, the more promotion rounds, the stronger the psychological state of the children.3.After losing the competition,87%of the Chinese children’s sports dancers aged 9 to 12 are still willing to continue training and competition, only 10%are unwilling to continue training and competition due to the defeat of the competition, and 3%are only willing to participate in training.Based on the research process and results, the following suggestions are put forward:1.Frustration training should be listed as the training content in normal classroom to improve the ability of children to resist setbacks.Frustration training methods are diverse, such as:a certain indicator of physical fitness, can be assessed and ranked in a certain classroom,to win the championship players to give appropriate material or spiritual rewards. As long as coaches attach importance to the innovation of frustration training methods and carry out the training of simulating setbacks in a planned way,the children will treat the setbacks in the competition freely.2.Before the competition, coaches and parents should establish correct motivation through language communication. It is necessary to make the contestants know that the competition is only an important means to test the effect of normal training,to put the normal play of their own level in the first place, and to put the pursuit of second place.Only with such motivation will the contestant fully show himself in the competition.3.The players should be reminded to enter the recording area in advance and enter the pre-competition psychological state without hurry and relaxation. After entering the waiting area, they should shift their attention to the full warm-up exercise and the preparation of technical movements,so as to reduce the tension and anxiety.4.After entering the field, children will spontaneously pay attention to the performance of other players, but also pay attention to the environment,to a certain extent, will distract the players from their own technical and psychological preparation.Lead teachers or parents should remind children to keep a calm attitude into the venue, focus on their own competition attention, and beautiful and generous display of emotions and every technical action.5.Enter the big screen "bright results" link, timely prompt players to pay attention to their back number, maintain a calm mood to accept the referee’s judgment. After learning that you have entered the next round of competition notice, quickly adjust your mood, focus on each subsequent action, and strive for better results. After learning that they have been eliminated,be generous and calm to leave the venue.Coaches and parents must not blame the young players, not to use "you can not "," you are not suitable "," no longer participate" and other malicious language to hurt the self-esteem of the players.6.After each event, the coach should sum up the overall situation of the team and communicate with each contestant individually, which is not only an important means to expand the size of the next competition, but also an important measure to prevent the loss of students.Paying attention to individual communication is a problem that every coach can not ignore.
