Research On Printmaking And Documentary Form Creation

This series of works is created in Woodcut letterpress,which shows the subjective record creation of my own experience and emotion.The creation of documentary form is not an objective copy of things,but a subjective form of creation and the process of creation;the perspective and content of the works creation are determined by the author’s subjective initiative.This paper is written in the form of printmaking record,which is the starting point for research and discussion.The research on the record form of print is carried out from the perspective of localization.From the woodcut works recorded in literature to the present print creation,the main line is from far to near.In the process of creation,COVID-19 has been swept across the globe,which has brought impact and transformation to the author’s creative perspective,emotion and experience,and has created different forms of creation in his later works.
