Study On The Usage Of Characters In Baojuan From Folk Literature Series

Compared with the official published literature,from the perspective of language and writing,Baojuan uses a large number of colloquial words such as dialect words,colloquial words and proverb in terms of vocabulary,and the use of characters is extremely irregular,in writing,it often occurs that a word has more than two writing forms or that the same writing form expresses more than two different words,which is of high value in language research.The article takes the eleven volumes of Baojuan of Folk Literature Series as the research object,and uses the methods of synchronic description and diachronic analysis,micro and macro methods,besides,this paper discusses the use of characters in Baojuan with the help of such exegetics methods as arrangement and induction,seeking meaning from sound and observation of context.The article is divided into three parts: The introduction part mainly discusses the source and significance of the topic,the researsh status,the research methods,the content of the study and so on.The first and second chapters describe the word use of Baojuan from monosyllabic words and polysyllabic words,and try to analyze the relationship between words from the perspective of form,sound and meaning;and the third chapter explains the difficult words in Baojuan by means of seeking meaning,arranging and inducing,observation of context etc.The fourth chapter classifies the characters used in Baojuan on the basis of a comprehensive study of the characters used in Baojuan.The conclusion part summarizes the contents of the previous article,and points out the shortcomings and omissions of this article as well as future in-depth research direction.
