With the fast economic development,innovation is incredibly vital to the event of enterprises,especially innovative talents are an important source of enterprise development.Therefore,in the process of development,enterprises must excavate and cultivate innovative talents to reserve talents for the development of enterprises.By consulting connected analysis,it’s found that additionally to the individual characteristics of workers,the influence of leadership that may have an effect on workerinnovation behavior is additionally found.particularly the influence of leadership,most of he forerunner students have studied the influence of compulsive leadership,service-oriented leadership,transformational leadership,etc.on the innovative behavior of workers,while ignoring the research of ethical leadership on the innovative behavior of employees.In recent years,many companies have broken out business scandals,such as "baby face cream" and "melamine".This has made the public understand the importance of ethical leadership and believe that it is very important to cultivate ethical leaders.Therefore,supported social learning theory and expectation theory,this paper constructs a look model with ethical leadership as Associate in Nursing variable quantity,work position as Associate in Nursing mediator,rewards as a mitigative variable,Associate in Nursingd innovative behavior as an outcome variable,and proposes relevant analysis hypotheses.This analysis conducted a form survey on 284 workers of IT corporations,conducted statistics and analysis of knowledge through SPSS22.0 and AMOS23.0,explored the impact of moral leadership on worker innovation behavior,and explored moral leadership and innovative behavior The mediator impact of work-centricity andtherefore the adjustment impact of rewards.The analysis results show that(1)moral leadership completely affects employees’ innovative behavior;(2)moral leadershipcompletely affects employees’ work position;(3)work centrality completely affects employees’ innovative behavior;(4)work position plays a partial mediating role between ethical leadership and innovative behavior;(5)Intrinsic rewards don’t have a analgesic role between main effects;(6)External rewards play a analgesic role between main effects。To an explicit extent,this analysis has enriched the analysis on the influence mechanism of ethical leadership on employees’ innovative behavior.At an equivalent time,this study explores the connection between moral leadership and employees’ innovative behaviors.To an explicit extent,it will result in the cultivation of moralleadership by enterprises,and it also can modify moral leaders to steer workers to enhance their enthusiasm and innovation behavior.it’s of nice significance.
