With the increasing maturity of social media development,the popularity of 4G networks and the advent of the 5G era,short videos have gradually become an important social tool for people to record their lives.Sina Weibo has also closely followed the development trend and has become a social platform integrating videos,pictures and text,attracting many short video bloggers to settle in.Because of its short time,simple shooting method,large information load,low threshold and universal participation,short videos meet the needs of constructing subjects to be watched and engage in social activities,causing short video social carnival and becoming social media users’ new favorite.Chinese food culture with a long history is extensive and profound.Since ancient times,people have been paying attention to the saying“food is the heaven for the people”.Food bloggers with food as the theme quickly opened up the field of short video.With the empowerment of new media technology,short food videos have become a network space for individual performances.In order to win the attention of more fans,short video food bloggers use Weibo as a “performance” front desk,and constantly carry out idealized self-construction.Communicating with fans,they constantly improve the way of the interaction of “independent self” and “dependent self”.The type of self-interaction has achieved great success.Food blogger Li Ziqi is one of the best food bloggers,with a certain degree of representativeness.Her short videos are deeply ploughed in the field of ancient fragrant food and delicacy,deducting the original rural life in the countryside.Her short videos have traditional Chinese culture and shows a life attitude of pursuing the unity of nature and man,loving life,and being positive.It is loved by many netizens and she is praised by netizens as “a fairy who does not eat fireworks” and “an oriental gourmet lifestyle”,and has become a model of successful self-construction by current food bloggers.The communication between people in virtual cyberspace has gradually evolved from“people-people” to a “people-machine-people” model.People’s dependence on the media has been deepened,and some food bloggers have become alienated in their self-construction.Some food bloggers are indulging in the media situation they have created,leading to the blurring of the self-constructed “front-end” and “back-end”areas,and the phenomenon of “front-end” in the private sector,leading to the dislocation of the “main self” and “guest self”;in order to catch more attention,some food bloggers are engaged in the pursuit of sensory stimulation,gradually losing themselves.Body narration has become the main way of self-construction,and the relationship between subject and object is gradually materialized and digitalized.The alienation of food bloggers in cyberspace is a manifestation of the subjective initiative control of individuals by virtual social life scenes.The alienation of food bloggers in cyberspace is the result of self-authenticity loss,mental numbness,and continuous control of the subject.This article analyzed Li Ziqi’s successful way of self-construction of Weibo,and studied the self-alienation of food bloggers in virtual networks,aimed to realize the subject’s sublation of alienation and actively overcome the negative effects of self-alienation.This research provided reference for enhancing people’s self-rationality,realized people’s free and all-round development,and created a vigorous and vigorous short video social environment.
