Study On The Functions Of Cultural Social Organizations

The development of cultural social organization is closely combined with the characteristics of the times.In minority areas,as a bridge linking the government and citizens,cultural social organizations play an important role in the protection and development of minority cultures.Through the external social environment and their own attributes,cultural social organizations organize and participate in all kinds of practical activities to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the people and further strengthen their functions in the whole society through related activities.In this paper,the Inner Mongolia Grasslands Cultural Protection Development Foundation as a case,mainly using the relevant theories of ethnology and field research data,to analyze the case,and draw a conclusion.The article is mainly divided into three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction part mainly introduces the reason,innovation,significance,literature review and research methods of the topic.By sorting out the research status of social organizations at home and abroad,it lays a foundation for the writing of the paper.The first chapter discusses the development course,current situation,classification and selection of field cases of cultural social organizations,clarifying the development space of cultural social organizations in the past and the present.The second chapter analyzes the field cases,explains how the organization practices,and summarizes its characteristics;The third chapter,based on the results of field investigation and the related theories of ethnology,analyzes the functions of cultural social organizations in coordinating the development of ethnic culture,the enlightenment of their functions,and the predicament and outlet of cultural social organizations in the current social development.The epilogue summarizes the article.The main points of the author are as follows: First,the characteristic of cultural social organizations is the difference in "culture".The so-called "different styles and customs in a hundred miles",every excellent culture is worthy of sublation and inheritance,and it is also the embodiment of ethnic "cultural consciousness".Secondly,the internal operation and external development modes of cultural social organizations are closely related to the types of personnel.The value and social capital of the personnel themselves promote the operation and development of the organization in a certain sense.Thirdly,by organizing and participating in relevant cultural activities,cultural social organizations become a bridge between the government and the masses,cooperate with the government in cultural governance,make up for the government’s deficiency in cultural protection and development,and promote regional economic and social development.Finally,by building a platform for ethnic culture display and exchange,cultural social organizations can enhance the cultural confidence of ethnic minorities and enhance the cultural exchange and interaction among ethnic groups,which plays a positive role in promoting the creative transformation and innovative development of civilization as well as the consolidation of the consciousness of Chinese national community.
