Study The Government Function In The Development Of Ethnic Cultural Tourism In FuNing County Of YunNan Province

This paper takes Fu Ning of Yunnan Province as the research object in the development of ethnic cultural tourism.Fu Ning,as a poverty-stricken county supported by the state,will complete the whole county’s poverty alleviation in 2020,deepen the reform of ethnic institutions and administration,and deepen the decentralization of power.Under the background,this paper studies the performance of government functions,existing problems and causes in the development of ethnic cultural tourism in Fu Ning It is suggested that the continuous optimization of government functions will help to give full play to the role of ethnic cultural tourism in rural revitalization,transformation of living environment,changing customs and other aspects,and promote the development of local economy.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature analysis,field research and comparative analysis,supplemented by the means of questionnaire survey,to conduct in-depth analysis and Research on the government functions in the development of ethnic cultural tourism in Fu Ning.The paper is divided into five chapters,including: the introduction mainly expounds the background,significance and literature review of the topic;the first chapter introduces the current situation of the development of ethnic cultural tourism in Fu Ning;the second chapter mainly introduces the problems and reasons of the local government in the development of ethnic cultural tourism;the third chapter mainly aims at the existing problems,based on the theory of new public management policy,puts forward some suggestions to improve the local government in the development of ethnic cultural tourism The last chapter is the conclusion of this paper.The function orientation of tourism development in ethnic minority areas is an important content to test whether the function of local government is improved.This paper holds that the tourism development of Fu Ning can not copy the pattern of the eastern coastal developed areas.Under the condition of undeveloped and undeveloped market economy,the local government should play a major role in the local tourism development.Through the research,it is found that the local government of Fu Ning has some problems in performing its duties,such as imperfect tourism infrastructure construction,inadequate excavation of ethnic cultural connotation,and unable to push out the name card of regional ethnic cultural tourism.In view of the existing problems,this paper proposes to enhance the functions of local government from the following aspects:building the ethnic cultural tourism industry chain,improving the famous brand effect,promoting the transformation and upgrading of tourism,realizing the sustainable development of ethnic cultural tourism,and standardizing the main body of tourism market.
