| Intangible cultural heritage is the crystallization of human wisdom and civilization,as the common precious wealth of mankind,it has the "People-centered" living characteristics.Human is not only the transmitter of intangible cultural heritage,but also plays an important role in safeguarding and development of the intangible cultural heritage.Training talents is an important part of intangible cultural heritage safeguarding maintain vigorous vitality in transmission.From the perspective of intangible cultural heritage personnel training,this paper takes the College of intangible cultural heritage and design of Fengtai Vocational Education Center School in Beijing as an analysis sample,comprehensively uses the methods of literature analysis and positive investigation to analyze the role and influence of current vocational education on intangible cultural heritage trainings.Discuss how to integrate ICH with education and for synergy,and to create further space for intangible cultural heritage transmission,cultural communication and social development.At the same time,by comparing with the training methods and modes of other colleges in China,this paper sums up the experience that can be used for reference,and puts forward feasible suggestions,so as to further promote the integration of intangible cultural heritage and vocational education,and contribute to ICH transmission and development. |
