The report of the 20th Party Congress points out that education,science and industry,and manpower are the fundamental and tactical support for the all-round establishment of a modern state of socialism,and that it is essential to advance the fusion of education,industry and education,improve the location of occupational education types,and strive to cultivate more masters,great craftsmen and highly qualified professionals,while pointing out that it is necessary to construct a modern state of socialism,promote cultural self-confidence and self-improvement,prosper cultural businesses and industries,increase the protection of cultural relics and cultural inheritance protection,and reinforce historical and cultural conservation and inheritance in rural and urban construction.Intangible traditional skills are an important part of intangible cultural heritage,an essential vector of our national culture and national wisdom,and an important symbol of the artisanal culture of the entire Chinese nation.However,with the socioeconomic development and the escalation of modern industry,the traditional non-traditional skills have suffered a huge impact and fallen into the real dilemma of "lack of successors".Based on the urgent needs of vocational education,talent training,revitalization of traditional crafts and construction of "skillbased society",it is high time to explore the convergence of vocational training and traditional non-traditional skills.Vocational colleges and universities have inherent resource advantages and are well suited to the traditional skills of non-traditional heritage in terms of geography and development goals,so they should play the function of cultural inheritance and innovation and take up the mission of inheriting traditional skills of non-traditional heritage.From the perspective of traditional skills inheritance,the study first comprehensively and systematically compares the basic inheritance status of Jiangxi’s intangible cultural heritage of traditional skills,including the status of inclusion,protection and inheritance methods,and deeply analyzes its inheritance dilemma through a comprehensive survey in the front line of the field.From the perspective of inheriting traditional skills of non-heritage in vocational colleges,we investigated the situation of inheriting traditional skills of non-heritage in some typical vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province through literature method and interview method,so as to learn the useful exploration practices of vocational colleges in Jiangxi Province in protecting and inheriting traditional skills of non-heritage,such as offering majors and courses related to traditional skills of non-heritage,establishing master workshops of skills,creating bases for inheriting and disseminating non-heritage,and exerting social service capacity.At the same time,it also faces multiple dilemmas,such as social awareness and personal consciousness are difficult to innovate,policy implementation and funding sources are not guaranteed,the structure of majors and curriculum is not perfected,teaching and talent training mode is not optimized,teacher training and construction are not in place,and school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education integration are restricted.Finally,the optimized path for Jiangxi vocational colleges to inherit non-traditional traditional skills is proposed from six dimensions: abandoning social prejudice,changing traditional cognition,and taking the path of conceptual reshaping;improving policy system,increasing financial investment,and taking the path of strengthening the foundation;optimizing professional layout,building inheritance courses,and taking the path of reform and deep plowing;introducing skill masters,improving teachers,and taking the path of talent nurturing;fulfilling the measures for affordable enterprises,deepening the convergence of manufacturing and education,and following the path of diversified collaboration;based on traditional skills,promoting inheritance innovation,and taking the path of innovation drive.
