At present,human society is undergoing unprecedented and profound changes.World multi-polarization,economic globalization,social IT application and cultural diversity are deepening.The deficit of peace,development and governance has become prominent,posing obstacles to the development of a human-oriented society.In the autumn of 2013,President Xi Jinping,taking the situation into consideration,put forward "the Belt and Road" initiative,an open development initiative to promote cooperation,exchanges and peaceful development among countries along "the Belt and Road".The Opinions on the Implementation of the Project for the Inheritance and Development of Fine Traditional Chinese Culture issued in January 2017 pointed out that we should promote cultural exchanges and mutual learning between China and foreign countries,strengthen cultural exchanges and cooperation among countries along "the Belt and Road",and boost the international dissemination of fine traditional Chinese culture.How to promote the dissemination of fine traditional Chinese culture under "the Belt and Road" initiative,promote cultural exchanges and cultural integration among countries along the Belt and Road,realize mutual benefit and win-win situation among countries and regions along the Belt and Road,and jointly build a community with a shared future for mankind,and other issues are worth thinking about.Firstly,this paper makes a scientific interpretation of the historical background and profound connotation of "the Belt and Road",and sorts out the contents of the communication of excellent traditional Chinese culture under the background of "the Belt and Road" initiative,including material culture and non-material culture.All the way on the basis of clarified the "area" initiative provides a good opportunity for spreading Chinese excellent traditional culture,at the same time,the Chinese excellent traditional culture under the background of "area" initiative spread is also overcome our country along with the country’s cultural barriers,improve China’s international image,to strengthen the pragmatic cooperation of countries along the shape,the needs of the community consciousness.Then focuses on the "area" initiative under the background of Chinese excellent traditional culture transmission based on China’s cultural soft power is relatively weak,external communication strategy is not flexible,most countries along the vigilant about Chinese culture,the spread of western hegemony countries to our country traditional culture of the four major problems of the interference and damage,And from the political,economic,cultural aspects of the reasons for a deep analysis.Finally,the paper expounds the basic principles of promoting the dissemination of fine traditional Chinese culture with building a community with a shared future for mankind as the starting point,respecting differences and focusing on common cultural factors as the basic method,pragmatic cooperation and mutual benefit as the fundamental purpose,and the construction of "the Belt and Road" international discourse power as the guarantee.This paper puts forward a scientific path to promote the dissemination of excellent traditional Chinese culture,which is based on the reform of cultural system,based on the innovation of communication mode,and based on the construction of a flexible and efficient cultural exchange system.
