Research On The Transmission Of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture In Kazakhstan Under The Background Of "The Belt And Road"

In 2013,Chinese President Xi Jinping delivered important speechs and for the first time proposed the initiative of jointly building the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21st Century Maritime Silk Road".Since this initiative was put forward,China and the countries along "The Belt and Road" had a continuous and deep communication on cultural exchanges.By means of "The Belt and Road",the Chinese excellent traditional culture reached Kazakhstan.However,the reasons such as the particularity of the geographical location between China and Kazakhstan,the differences in regional culture,the obstacles brought about by different languages and etc.made the transmission of excellent Chinese traditional culture with socialist characteristics in Kazakhstan has encountered some problems.The transmission of Chinese excellent traditional culture in Kazakhstan did not take advantage of "The Belt and Road" to maximize the effect,so these problems are waiting to be solved.This paper will discuss the important positive impact of the "The Belt and Road" initiative on the transmission of Chinese excellent traditional culture,and according to the current transmission status of Chinese excellent traditional culture in Kazakhstan,this paper will summarize the problems and reasons in the process,and finally make some suggestions for the transmission of Chinese excellent traditional culture in Kazakhstan under the background of "The Belt and Road".The research content of this paper is mainly divided into the following four aspects:The first part mainly explains the concept,grasps the basic content of the "The Belt and Road" initiative,understands the composition structure of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the connotation of the new era and expounds the relationship between the "The Belt and Road" initiative and Chinese excellent traditional culture.The second part mainly expounds the current situation of the transmission of Chinese excellent traditional culture in Kazakhstan,and summarizes the progress of Chinese excellent traditional culture from four aspects:Chinese language teaching and culture teaching,cultural product export,cultural and academic exchange activities and cultural transmission and exchange activities,and try to fully display the specific status quo of cultural transmission.The third part mainly focuses on the current situation of excellent Chinese traditional culture in Kazakhstan to sums up the problems encountered in the process of transmitting Chinese excellent traditional culture in Kazakhstan,and analyzes the causes of these problems from multiple levels and excavate the specific reasons for such problems,so as to pave the way for the next part of suggestions on ways to transmit culture in Kazakhstan.The fourth part is based on the background of the current "The Belt and Road" and the problems and reasons encountered in the transmission of Chinese excellent traditional culture in Kazakhstan,from the main body of cultural transmission,the content of cultural transmission,the form of cultural transmission activities and the system to ensure the smooth progress of cultural transmission,etc.to put forward targeted suggestions for the transmission of excellent traditional Chinese culture in Kazakhstan.
