In this paper, the ancient "Hua Po Birthday" ceremony of Zhuang ethnic group and the contemporary interpretation of the belief in the god of flowers, the dance drama "The World of Flowers",are taken as research cases, and the multi-disciplinary theories such as aesthetics, ethnology and aesthetic anthropology are applied, and the methods of field investigation and literature are adopted to sort out the evolution track of the belief culture of the god of flowers of Zhuang ethnic group from tradition to contemporary development and the realistic dilemma it faces. This paper focuses on how to realize the cross-time blending between ancient belief in flower god and contemporary art,how to gain fresh vitality in the context of globalization through the expression of contemporary art,and how contemporary art absorbs the sacred source of belief in flower god and exudes unique artistic charm.
