Research On The Construction Mechanism Of Ethical Atmosphere Of Enterprise Organization

As a branch of organizational ethics,organizational ethical climate has been studied in the 1980 s.As an important organization in social organizations,enterprise’s internal organizational ethical atmosphere plays an important role in improving enterprise’s overall moral concept,improving employee’s ethical behavior,solving enterprise’s ethical problems and promoting enterprise’s long-term development.With the increasingly fierce competition among contemporary enterprises,organizational development is constantly facing new ethical problems and dilemmas.It is difficult to meet the development needs of enterprises only by relying on the traditional problem-solving methods.Creating a good organizational ethical atmosphere is an effective way to solve the ethical problems.Therefore,from the perspective of Ideological and political education,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the role of organizational ethical atmosphere on the growth of enterprises and the optimization of employees’ work,and gives suggestions on how to create it.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and significance of this paper,and comprehensively analyzes,summarizes and comments on the relevant research on the ethical atmosphere of enterprise organizations at home and abroad.In addition,it explains the research methods and innovations of this paper.The second part is about the influencing factors of organizational ethics atmosphere and its effect on the growth of enterprises.This part starts with the connotation of organizational ethics atmosphere,analyzes the individual factors and organizational factors that influence organizational ethics atmosphere,and then expounds the promoting effect of organizational ethics atmosphere on the growth of enterprises from three aspects: formulating and implementing ethical standards,undertaking social responsibilities and improving organizational performance.The third part is the optimization of employees’ work by organizational ethics atmosphere.This part expounds the important role of organizational ethics atmosphere in improving employees’ behavior and optimizing employees’ work from three aspects: employees’ sense of responsibility,work efficiency and work enthusiasm.The fourth part is the use of Ideological and political education methods to create organizational ethical atmosphere.This part puts forward some suggestions on how to play the role of Ideological and political education and create the ethical atmosphere of enterprise organization from three aspects of infiltration education,incentive education and practical experience.
