Organizational justice is a very important variable of the organizational effectiveness,people have always maintained a strong interest in this research.The factors that affect the employees’ deviant behavior and job burnout are the most concern of the enterprises,it is also one of the hot spot in psychology both at home and abroad.The deviant behavior and job burnout behavior of the individual employee directly affect the team’s goals and the realization of strategic planning.Based on the moral cognition,this paper analysis the factors that affect the organizational justice,employees’ deviant behavior and job burnout,and their relationships.Which thereby promoting the personal growth of employees,also helping enterprises to achieve better economic efficiency,promoting the overall performance of enterprises to enhance and achieve long-term sustainable development.This paper takes the employees of different enterprises as the research object,through analyzing the 218 valid questionnaires,the main conclusions are as follows:1.The organizational justice is negatively correlated with the employees’ deviant behavior and job burnout,it has negative prediction on both factors.2.Moral disengagement plays a mediating role between the organizational justice and employees’ deviant behavior and job burnout.3.Moral cognition is negatively correlated with the employees’ deviant behavior and job burnout,it has negative prediction on both factors.4.Moral Cognition plays a regulatory role in the relationship between the organizational justice and moral disengagement.
