The Study On The Individual Growth History Of People’s Educator Yu Yi

"A great era calls for a great spirit,and a noble cause needs an example to lead it." Educators of the people are the example of education in the new era.By studying the individual growth history of the people’s educators,it can not only carry forward the spirit of the people’s educators,but also reveal the individual growth law of the people’s educators,and provide experience for the growth and training of the people’s educators in the new era.This research focuses on how Yu Yi developed into a people’s educator by studying the personal growth process of Yu Yi.This article starts with Yu Yi’s growth course,external cause,internal cause and growth,analyzes and summarizes the law and enlightenment of the people’s educator’s individual growth.Among them,the growth mileage is divided into gestation period,growth period,maturity period,fame period and family period;Social environment,family environment and school environment are mainly analyzed as external causes of growth.The internal causes of growth are analyzed from four aspects: educational belief,self-development,love for education and innovation.This paper summarizes the law of the individual growth of the people’s educators from Yu Yi’s individual growth,and thus produces some thoughts and inspirations on the individual growth of the people’s educators,analyzes the realistic dilemma of the development of the people’s educators,and looks forward to it from the perspectives of government,school,family and individual.
